巣鴨駅から徒歩5分ほど、静かな住宅街にひっそりと佇む「ダペピ」。

こぢんまりとしたこのお店は、イタリア・トスカーナ地方の郷土料理を愛する方々にとって特別な存在。
店主の野中シェフは、本場イタリアでの修行経験を経てトスカーナの魅力を日本に伝えるべくこの店を開業。
奥さまと二人三脚で運営されており、心温まる接客と絶品料理の両方を楽しめました！
ダペピでは、その日仕入れた旬の食材を使い、コースとアラカルトで料理を提供しているとのこと。

店内は席数が少なく、どこか隠れ家のような雰囲気。
奥さまの笑顔あふれるおもてなしが、家庭的で居心地の良い時間を提供してくれました。
何度でも足を運びたくなる、その理由は…
一皿一皿に込められた本格的な味わいにありました。

特にパスタの完成度は格別。
シンプルな素材を生かしたトスカーナ風レモンパスタは、爽やかな香りと奥深いコクのバランスが絶妙。
マッシュルームのラグーにトリュフを添えた贅沢な一品は、豊かな香りが広がり、シェフの腕前が光る逸品です。

ダペピの魅力は料理だけではなく、
郷土料理特有のシンプルさの中に、シェフの経験と技術が垣間見える「温かみ」があります。

"Dapepi" is located in a quiet residential area, about a 5-minute walk from Sugamo Station.

This small restaurant is a special place for those who love the local cuisine of Tuscany, Italy.
The owner, Chef Nonaka, opened this restaurant after training in Italy to convey the charm of Tuscany to Japan.
It is run by his wife and I was able to enjoy both heartwarming customer service and exquisite food!
Dapepi offers course and a la carte dishes using seasonal ingredients purchased that day.

There are only a few seats inside the restaurant, and it feels like a hideaway.
The smiling hospitality of the wife provided us with a homely and comfortable time.
The reason why you will want to visit again and again is...
It was in the authentic taste that was put into each and every dish.

In particular, the perfection of the pasta is exceptional.
Tuscan-style lemon pasta made with simple ingredients has a perfect balance of refreshing aroma and deep richness.
This luxurious dish of mushroom ragu with truffles has a rich aroma and is a masterpiece that shows off the chef's skill.

The appeal of Dapepi is not just the food;
In the simplicity unique to local cuisine, there is a ``warmth'' that gives you a glimpse of the chef's experience and skills.
I was able to spend a relaxing time as if I had been invited to a close friend's house.

Dapepi has an authentic yet homely atmosphere that makes it easy to visit.
It was a wonderful restaurant that is worth visiting at least once, even if you are not an Italian connoisseur!

カウンター2人ぐらいのこじんまりした感じ。
シェフ1人と店員1人で、提供スピードに限りがあるから、ワインを飲みながら、ゆっくり過ごせる最高の環境✨

The restaurant has 3 to 4 tables,
It's a small place with about 2 people at the counter.
With only one chef and one staff member, service speed is limited, so it's the perfect environment to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

The course also has a la carte,
There are two types of courses: 6500 and 8500.
The price listed on the menu is for 2 people.
The amount is always adjusted according to the number of people,
You cannot order many items in small quantities.
