This place is honestly truly fantastic. As a "mediocre+" campfire guitar player and singer I felt totally welcome every time in this place where most clients are really cool and serious musicians. It's also true that some of the employees do play a lot when the place is not crowded but it really keeps the ambiance rolling and they for sure let you play and sing when you want, stepping on stage to play with you if willing. I actually discovered "On stage" in 2017 by accident, the first year when it opened in the previous smaller place near Kanda station.Since then I kept coming every single time I visited Tokyo. This year (2022) I discovered the new, bigger place renamed as "Dining and Music Bar - On Stage" which I found really amazing : more space for musicians and customers, better pricing (although it never was a problem) and always the same music lovers and friendly crowd. Probably one of my top 3 favorite places around the world for meeting nice people and playing music... I mean it seriously. Thanks for being there !
