The hotel itself was amazing. The location is kind of perfect 3 to 4 minutes to the nearest train station. They also have taxis always near the hotel. The rooms were more spacious than seen in the photos especially the bathroom. but I did notice that some of the surfaces had a lot of dust on them for example the side of the doors and top of the bed frame. that's why I gave rooms four stars instead of 5.the service was great people were really friendly and helpful. Through this hotel we also shipped our suitcases to Kyoto and it wasn't that expensive. overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Loved staying so close to the Tokyo dome! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and professional, and the hotel itself had a fancy feel. The only thing that bothered me is my family or I could not make reservations at the hotel teppanyaki the whole duration of our stay due to there being no reservations available. Other than that, I like staying a bit out of he way from Shibuya.

This was an OK hotel but as with most hotels in Japan the room was extremely small, to a level that we couldn’t even open all our luggage at the same time. Breakfast was OK. The heating was not working in any of the rooms and we were provided with a small heater. We had a vending machine in our floor and there is a small mini market in the ground floor.

Suitable for both business trips and vacations. 10-min walk from the Iidabashi station. The decor is decent. It’s not easy to fully open the suitcase, the room is small but fully equipped. The breakfast includes both western and Japanese foods. During check-in, the Sekkisei skin care set is provided at the front desk.

Hotel really grew on us. Cocktails at the bar were excellent and location couldn't be beat. Only complaint was the firmness of the beds and the fact that the bar was closed Sunday and Monday. Loved the water pressure and Chromecast was a huge bonus. Location was really convenient close to two stations and right next to the Tokyo Dome.
