Very cool modern Spanish, excellent food and service with a good vibe. We were sat at the counter with a full view into the open kitchen. Had the full tasting menu, every plate that came out was delicious, sometimes with tasting menus you might get one or 2 average courses but here everything was very very good. Highlights were the 3 appetisers (shrimp croquettes were amazing), scallops in black garlic sauce and the red bream. Desserts were also outstanding. The Jerome cheesecake reminded us of the famous one at La Vina in San Sebastián but better! And the banana split was to die for. The tasting menu really is great value especially for Uk visitors at the current exchange rate. Good wine list and they also made us cocktails on request. Also a word for the amazing front of house who looked after us so well.

Amazed by the delicious food set forth by Tinc Gana’s team! What was mind-blowing: pincho, salmorejo, pan con tomate, iberico steak, olive oil custard and the burnt cheesecake. What was good: The wine and cheese selection. What was mediocre: scallop, fish, onigiri. Will I come here again? The price point is a little high but for a celebratory event, definitely a good spot! We paid ¥50,000+ for 2 people with about 3 glasses of wine per person.

We had a birthday dinner with the seasonal menu. The food presentation was really good and the service was to match. We had 6 courses and 3 desserts. While we enjoyed some dishes (the bread with tomatoes, the tortellinis) more than others (the venison was ok, but it didn't stand out) we were overall very happy. The deserts were great as well, with the sea water ice cream providing quite a unique experience. The only thing to note is that initially we booked the "chef special omokase menu" but we ended up getting the normal seasonal menu. While it was cheaper and still great, I would have preferred to be notified of the change.

Tinc Gana was one of the best dining experiences of my life. The food was absolute perfection. Every course was thoughtful, delicious, and beautiful - a dream. They even made a special menu for my husband who is a vegetarian who enjoyed every dish as well.

Arigatou gozaimasu to Takashi and the whole Tinc Gana team for a wonderful culinary experience. If you don't have a Michelin star yet, you deserve it.
