This shop is good. That kind of place, where I actually feel like writing a positive review without being asked to.

Had a fantastic experience being served by Tats at Tsukumo (6th floor). He was incredibly professional and paid close attention to every detail while building my PC. His English proficiency was excellent, which made the entire process so much easier.

I came in with some PC parts from abroad, some of which were missing, and Tats gave me really helpful, honest advice on what I needed to complete the rig based on my specific criteria.

The whole thing was done quickly and flawlessly, and I was really impressed with how thorough he was (S-Tier OCD cable management / fan placement / tweaks).

I highly recommend.

I came here looking for parts to build a new PC after having not built a PC in about 10 years. I want to give a huge shout out to Beniya-san, who took my initial build list, pointed out very specific things about the build that an amateur like myself wouldn't have known (such as space issues arising from my specific case + motherboard combo), and helpfully suggested build modifications. In addition he's just a pleasant and fun guy to chat with, and for those whom it matters he speaks perfect English. I never got the sense that I was being pressured into buying more expensive parts (some of the build recommendations involved buying less parts) or to make a decision immediately.

In the end, I chose to buy all my parts here, and the PC I built performs perfectly out of the box. If you're looking for advice about your a potential build, I 100% recommend stopping in here for a consultation (top floor). Thanks again!

I went here because of the Razer Store. They have almost all the goodies here, which is great. 4* for me because the people working aren't as enthusiastic as expected, and being a foreigner, they suspected I don't know Japanese (Hint: I know lols), so they treated me with somewhat of a cold shoulder. Kind of unprofessional in my books.
