Top quality ingredients, super delicious. For the last dish, you get to choose tendon or tencha. I recommend tendon!

こちらのお店は電話予約のみなので、外国人観光客の方が全然いなくて穴場に感じました❤︎
ご主人がとても優しく柔らかい人柄で、楽しくお話しながら食事が出来て良かったです❤︎

築地駅2番出口から徒歩1分くらいのところにある天ぷら屋さん。
休日のランチで予約して伺いました。
現金のみです。

江戸前の老舗って感じの店内はL字型のカウンターと後ろにテーブル席がありますがこの時は使ってなかった。
ランチは松竹梅と3種類コースがあってあんまり覚えてないけど8000円くらいと10,000円くらいと13,000円くらいだったような気がします。

8,000円のコースにして好きなやつ追加することにしました。

エビから始まり8品出てきた。
そして追加聞かれたので白魚とウニの紫蘇巻きをオーダーして、最後に天丼or天茶が選べるという流れです。

口コミ読んだ限りではかなり揚げが強くてすごい香ばしくてガリガリ！みたいなのを想像してたのですが思ったよりはちゃんと正統派な天ぷらでした。変わってきたのかな？

それでも確かにしっかり揚げてあって、ふわりふわりというよりはちゃんと食感のある天ぷらって感じで美味しかったです。

雰囲気もかなりカジュアルやし予約も取れるので気楽に美味しい天ぷら食べたい時に良さそう。

I made a reservation for lunch on a holiday.

The inside of the store, which feels like a long-established Edomae-style restaurant, has an L-shaped counter and table seats at the back, but we weren't using them at this time.
Lunch had 3 different courses: Shochikubai and I don't remember much, but I think it was around 8000 yen, 10,000 yen, and 13,000 yen.

I decided to make the 8,000 yen course and add whatever I like.

Eight dishes came out, starting with shrimp.
Then, I was asked for more, so I ordered Shiso-maki with white fish and sea urchin, and at the end I could choose Tendon or Tencha.

From what I've read in the reviews, it's quite deep-fried, very fragrant, and crunchy! I was imagining something like this, but it turned out to be a more traditional tempura than I expected. I wonder if things have changed?

Still, it was definitely deep-fried, and rather than being fluffy, it felt more like tempura with a proper texture and was delicious.

The atmosphere is quite casual and you can make reservations, so it seems like a good place to eat delicious tempura in a casual setting.
