よくミシュラングルメを回っており、先日矢もりを訪れたが、入ってすぐに亭主の嫌な暗い愛想悪い対応。そして蕎麦がきが出てきたら頃、その蕎麦がきの中になんと亭主の髪の毛が。。。その事実を賄いをしている最中に話したら、更に暗さが増し、もうミシュラン対応ではなく、嫌な食事処の雰囲気に
こちらも気を使い、食事終わりに人間だからたまにそういうこともあるよねと促したら、泣きながら20数年こんな事は1度もないといい、自分は悪くないふうな言い訳。また来ますからと言ったら、もう二度と来ないでくださいと。は？
お前がしたのに、こちらは気を使って高い金払ってミシュラン食べに行って、しまいにはそういう事した俺らは運が悪かったみたいに終わらせ、二度と来るなだと。。もう、常連しか取らないと言い放った？なら、食べログやミシュランガイドなどで予約できるようにするなよな😠

泣くか普通？メンヘラか？と思う態度に連れも怖くなり即退席

衛生的に蕎麦がき作る際に、髪も覆わずに石臼でそばの実を引くやり方がミシュランでは無いなと、だから起きたようなもの、不注意にも程があるし防げたもの、先ずはそのサービス、で、ミシュラン？

二度と来ないでくれと言われる筋合いもなく、まだまだ優良店いっぱいある中で、こんな対応はミシュランでも何でもなくただの高級食事処でいいと思う。
まあ、二度と行かない。他に金使った方が価値もあるし楽しめる。ここは亭主も含め自意識過剰店＆勘違いメンヘラ店かな
連れと行って真面目に損した。違うミシュラン行けばよかったな。
