I was looking forward to going here for a long time but in the end the experience was just average.

Service was friendly but not exceptional. Wine recommendations, for example, could not be given when asked. Glass of champagne was flat. I don’t like complaining so didn’t say anything but this should be checked by staff beforehand.

Food was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. Every dish was decent but nothing really stood out.

Atmosphere was very personal (two out of 5 tables booked). Chef came out and talked to the other table at length but didn’t greet us.

Main issue was price imo. We paid over 50k for two people. Almost half was for wine but the quality didn’t justify the price. Almost 10k was added for service charge (13%) and table charge (1650 pp).

Not terrible but with Tokyos selection not a place I’ll be back to.

Absolutely fantastic French comfort food, cooked in a kitchen the size of a closet. Impeccable service. Good wine and cocktails. Low key hidden gem. Highly recommend!!

六本木駅から西麻布方面に歩いたところの地下にひっそりとある隠れ家的なビストロのお店。
店内は照明が上品で天井もタッ買う落ち着いた空間が広がっています。
並べられたグラスやワインがとても素敵な空間を演出しています！

池尻シェフはレストランひらまつ本店やメゾン ポール・ポキューズに立っていたご経験もあるそうです。
今回は下記を注文！アミューズ三種はあっという間にパクパクとスパークリングといただきました。
本当に美味しい。
どの料理も素材と調理法にこだわりがたくさんあり、感動しました。
特にレンコンのローストは印象的。レンコンをここまで美味しく料理されたのは初めて。
特製のベーコンもカリッとたまりません！
メインでいただいたサフォーク種ろローストですが臭みが全くない、
羊特有のかおりと旨みは抜群でした。
部位ごとにローストされており焼きすぎな部位もなく赤ワインにぴったりです。
タンのパネもマスタードソースが絶品で初めてのフリットでした！
椎茸のアヒージョはパンがとっても合うので何度もお代わりしました！
天恵菇と呼ばれる椎茸の旨みが３倍くらいのものを使っているようです。
にんにくの感じが最高ー！
デザートまでどの料理もとても美味しく、フレンチ初心者でもわかりやすく丁寧に接客いただき終始幸せでした。
また知人や友人を連れて行きたいです！

A hidden bistro restaurant located quietly in the basement just a short walk from Roppongi Station in the direction of Nishiazabu.
The interior of the store is elegantly lit and has a relaxing atmosphere with a high ceiling.
The glasses and wine lined up create a very nice space!

Chef Ikejiri has experience working at Restaurant Hiramatsu Honten and Maison Paul Pocuse.
This time I ordered the following! The three types of amuse were served in no time at all, and they were crispy and sparkling.
It's really delicious.
I was impressed by the attention to detail in the ingredients and cooking methods for each dish.
The roasted lotus root is especially impressive. This is the first time I've had lotus root cooked so deliciously.
The special bacon is also crispy and irresistible!
The Suffolk pit roast I had as a main course had no odor at all.
The unique aroma and flavor of sheep was outstanding.
Each part of the meat is roasted individually, so no parts are overcooked, making it perfect for red wine.
The mustard sauce on the tongue panel was exquisite, and it was my first fritto!
Shiitake mushroom ajillo goes so well with bread that I have had it refilled many times!
Apparently they use a type of shiitake mushroom called Tenkeishō that has three times the flavor.
The taste of garlic is amazing!
All of the dishes, including the dessert, were very delicious, and even for beginners of French cuisine, the customer service was easy to understand and courteous, making us happy from beginning to end.
I would like to bring my acquaintances and friends again!

ビルの地下にあるお店ですが、店内に入ると割りと天候が高く感じます。そしてなんと2階がありそちらにも席があります。私は知人とカウンター席に座らせていただきました。

お料理はどれも非常に美味しく、そして見た目も楽しめるお料理が多かったです。始めに出てきた超～ミニサイズのクリームチーズのシュークリームとか手が込んでいるなと感じました。自家製のパンも大変美味しく、おかわりも出来るのでついつい食べ過ぎてしまうので要注意ですが、お肉料理のお供に最高です。

店員も方々もとてもフレンドリーで、ワインのペアリングもしていただけるので、お酒が飲める方はさらに楽しめます。

初回だったので、食べたいと思ったメニューがまだたくさん残っているので、また行きたいと思います。

The store is located in the basement of a building, but when you enter the store, you can feel the weather being quite hot. And there is a second floor, and there are seats there as well. I was seated at the counter with an acquaintance.

All the dishes were very delicious and many of them were visually appealing. I felt that the super mini-sized cream cheese cream puffs that came out at the beginning were elaborate. The homemade bread is also very delicious, and you can get refills, so be careful not to eat too much, but it's the perfect accompaniment to meat dishes.

The staff and other people are very friendly, and they also offer wine pairings, so if you can drink alcohol, you can have even more fun.

Since it was my first time there, there are still many items on the menu that I wanted to try, so I would like to go again.
