Great place to take your baby or toddler to on a cold or rainy day near Ginza. Recommend to book tickets online or via phone call, but you can also purchase tickets in person. The playground is connected to a cafe that serves kid friendly food and desserts, there are children’s books and toys at the cafe, adults can also eat there. The indoor playground is clean and spacious. There are kids bathrooms and baby nursing room available inside. No shoes allowed. Very friendly staff.

Went there with my 1 year old for 90 minutes, he was completely bored and wanted to leave.
There are no toys provided other than balls.
The balls in the ballpit are white so the parents like it, children like colorful things. Why do you call your place culaful if in fact there are almost no colors? Just the white balls, blue ballpit and the green climbing.
Only 3 very small areas are provided. Ballpit, net for climbing and the biggest area with a slide and huge projection on the wall.
The projection on the wall was awful. At one point it showed a vulcano erruption and the forrest burning down. Why would you show that at a childrens playground???
Also if you go to the café, it is in the time you book, which doesnt really make sense.
And the books are in the café, so they can get dirty. Why not have the books in the play area?
A huge part of the playground was for cleaning the balls from the ballpit. That should be somewhere else. We dont need to see that.
No recommendation.
Better alternatives: sunshine city observatorium (no toys also, but alot cheaper and no time limit) or the playground inside of skytree (alot of toys and divided in kids and babys).

I visited this location on November 19th. Initially, the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and I appreciated the environment. However, during our visit, a child who was coughing arrived with their parents. Despite my efforts to maintain social distance, shortly after, another group arrived, including a second coughing child, accompanied by their parents and two other adults.

Unfortunately, despite keeping social disclosure , both my child and I became sick after the visit. I understand that illnesses can be unpredictable, but I believe management could take stronger measures to ensure a healthier environment, and established some rules for number of adults who can enter to the play ground especially during times when illnesses are more common.

I will keep this comment here until I see real changes and efforts to address such situations.

My daughter and I went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn’t crowded at all and we were able to get in without reservation. It’s a perfect spot for 1-3 year old toddlers to play and run around. There’s also a cafe attached to the play area. They have books and toys for kids in the cafe/eating area. We had a very nice time there!

Clean, calm, well designed space - especially for younger kids (6 months - 2 years). A bit smaller than we expected, but this was no issue as it wasn’t crowded when we went.
