美食の三和✨予約困難店です。
お肉やパスタなど、コースに追加品目をテーブルごとに頼むことができて、好きにアレンジするほどお高くなります。
目の前でふんだんに振る舞われるトリュフは見た目も臨場感も絶品でした。

ここに来ると落ち着きます！

とても居心地が良くてあっという間に時間が過ぎます！

生ハムとニョッコフリットは、食べ放題にしていただきたいくらい最高です！

コース開始時にお肉とパスタを選べるので、同席者の方と相談しながら決める事が可能です！

全体通してボリュームもあり、終わる頃には満腹でした！

人気店なので年に数回しか伺えませんが、楽しみに仕事頑張ります！笑

I feel calm when I come here!

It's very cozy and time flies!

The prosciutto and gnocco frites are so good that you'll want to have them all you can eat!

You can choose meat and pasta at the start of the course, so you can decide while consulting with your companions!

There was a lot of volume throughout, and I was full by the time it was finished!

Since it's a popular store, I can only visit it a few times a year, but I'm looking forward to working hard! lol

週末８時半の部2人で訪問、予約のため待ちなし。
客層は全体的に落ち着いた感じで一人の方もいるのでこれは気楽に通えそうです。
コースメニューはパスタとメインが選べて、追加料金で種類も増やせるとのこと。
初めてだったので量の感覚わからずとりあえず追加せずにオーダーしました。
コース自体ボリュームがかなりありましたので追加はしなくても大丈夫かもしれません。
飲み物はワインのペアリングでお願いしました、ペアリングのセンスがよく、かなり楽しめました。
生ハムとニョッコフリットはおつまみなりすぎてずーっとワインが進んでしまう一品でした。
フォカッチャは美味しくて永遠とおかわりできます。
オーダーしたメインはランプ、パスタはフレッシュトマトのピチ。
どれも美味しすぎて、他のメインとパスタが気になります。
季節ごと変わるメニューを楽しみにしながらまた伺いたいと思います。

Visited with 2 people on a weekend at 8:30, no wait due to reservations.
The customer base is generally calm and there are some solo customers, so it seems like it would be a comfortable place to go.
The course menu includes a choice of pasta and main course, and additional types can be added for an additional fee.
Since it was my first time, I didn't have a sense of the quantity, so I ordered without adding anything.
The course itself was quite voluminous, so you may not need to add more.
For drinks, I ordered a wine pairing, and the pairing was very good and I quite enjoyed it.
The prosciutto and gnocco frites were too much of an appetizer, and the wine went on for a long time.
Focaccia is delicious and lasts forever.
The main dish I ordered was lamp, and the pasta was fresh tomato pici.
Everything was so delicious that I was curious about the other main dishes and pasta.
I look forward to seeing the menu, which changes with the seasons, and would like to visit again.

白金台にある超人気のイタリアン。現在は食べログでもsilverを獲得。旬の素材を使った絶品コースをいただける大好きなお店です。

伺ったのは2月。半年近く前に電話で予約して待ちに待った訪問でした。白金台のビルの地下1階にお店はあります。コースはお任せのみ。カウンターでいただきました。

ため息が出るほど素晴らしいコースでした。

まず最初に出てくる付け合わせ的なオリーブとドライトマトから美味しい…期待感が高まります。

そして生ハムとニョッコフリットは本当にふわふわで口の中で溶けていく、初めての味わいでした。激ウマです。
毛蟹とカリフラワーのフランで優しい甘さを堪能した後、まぐろのカルパッチョを。トマトのソースが絶品！そして自家製フォカッチャがふわふわカリカリでたまらなく美味しい。

金目鯛のフリットは出汁の旨み最高。タレッジョチーズと黒トリュフのリゾットはトリュフの香りが芳醇でチーズ濃厚なのに後味が重くなくて素晴らしいバランス。
いよかんのグラニテでお口さっぱりの後は季節の焼き野菜の盛り合わせがシンプルに激ウマ。そしてメインのお肉はエゾ鹿を。お肉の旨みが濃厚で、そしてソースがうんまい。最高です。

パスタは追加もできるようになってます。今回は牛ホホ肉の煮込みのタリアテッラに、追加でマッシュルームのスパゲッティを。腹パンギリギリまで食べたい絶品パスタです。

最後にドルチェとカフェを。生チョコテリーヌにエスプレッソをいただきました。最後にコーヒーでホッとしながらコースを振り返ります。

本当に最高のコースで、サービスも素晴らしく大好きなお店になりました。もう完全に予約困難店。また伺えることを祈るばかりです。

A super popular Italian restaurant located in Shirokanedai. Currently, I am also earning silver on Tabelog. This is my favorite restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite courses made with seasonal ingredients.

I visited in February. It was a long-awaited visit that I made a reservation over the phone nearly six months in advance. The store is located on the basement floor of a building in Shirokanedai. The course is up to you. I got it at the counter.

It was such an amazing course that it took my breath away.

First of all, the olives and sun-dried tomatoes that come out as garnishes are delicious...and expectations are high.

And the prosciutto and gnocco frites were truly fluffy and melted in your mouth, a first for me. It's super delicious.
After enjoying the gentle sweetness of hairy crab and cauliflower flan, we had tuna carpaccio. The tomato sauce is excellent! And the homemade focaccia is fluffy, crunchy, and irresistibly delicious.

The golden sea bream fritto has the best flavor in the soup stock. The Taleggio cheese and black truffle risotto has a rich truffle aroma and is rich in cheese, but the aftertaste is not heavy and has a wonderful balance.
After refreshing your palate with Iyokan's granita, the platter of seasonal grilled vegetables is simply delicious. And the main meat is Ezo deer. The meat has a rich flavor and the sauce is delicious. It's the best.

You can also add pasta. This time, I added mushroom spaghetti to the tagliatella with stewed beef cheeks. It's an exquisite pasta that you'll want to eat until you're full.

Finally, Dolce and cafe. I had a raw chocolate terrine and an espresso. Finally, I look back on the course while relaxing with a cup of coffee.

It was truly the best course, and the service was amazing, making it one of my favorite restaurants. A store that is completely difficult to reserve. I just pray that I can see you again.
