However, The Aoyama Grand Hotel reignited my excitement for hotel stays. Their service was exceptional

What I appreciated most was the thoughtfully designed room, which excelled in both aesthetics and functionality.

The room that I booked came with a complimentary minibar stocked with an excellent selection of drinks, including whiskey, sake, tea, coffee, and mineral water etc.

I might not be able to articulate it perfectly, but my stay at this hotel was truly wonderful.

Wow! A relatively unknown hotel in the heart of Tokyo. artistic, well appointed, authentic, spacious, incredible breakfast, and the staff is tough to top. We had the highest corner floor bedroom with an all glass corner. The view of the city and mt Fuji was an unexpected treat. All the bar snacks and drinks were complimentary and they were all top notch choices. I didn’t want to leave! Please consider this hotel over any of the top end ones that your agent tried to lure you into. It will not match the Aoyama grand hotel. And did I mention the value? Just google it!

A five star experience with one tiny caveat for Westerners. The camel hair beds are probably going to be suprisingly HARD for you. (and no, I don't mean firm) Reception will happily provide a foam mattress topper for you, so please ask. It helps, but it was still one of the firmest mattresses we've ever slept on.

If a firm bed doesn't scare you off, the location is fantastic. Just a 3-4 minute walk to the station, depending if you catch the light. There are 3 different convenience stores in the area for any late night needs,

The staff is super friendly and I highly recommend using their car service both to and from the airport. You can request this via email before your arrival or ask the front desk any time during your stay.  They will also help you make reservations to anything you need. As a country that gets VERY busy for dinner especially around weekends I highly recommend you take them up on this offer so you won't have to wait 2+ hours at more popular restaurants.

The rooms are quite spacious and their bathrooms are divine. Tacking on the breakfast buffet so you don't have to worry about what to eat in the mornings is another plus, not to mention the room we booked had an all inclusive mini bar. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Aoyama Grand whilst in Tokyo. The hotel facilities and staff are sublime and we had in incredible view of the city from our suite. However, we were disappointed with the mattress, which was quite thin and very hard. Unfortunately didn’t get a comfortable nights’ sleep during our stay.
