I recently stayed at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo, and wow, that view! My room (room 2220) overlooked Tokyo Tower, and it was simply magical, especially at night. What's even better is that the price was significantly more reasonable than other luxury hotels in the area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making my stay comfortable. And can we talk about the restroom amenities?
They went above and beyond with extras like bath salts and facial cream. A truly thoughtful touch!
The only area for improvement would be the check-in process, which was a bit slow. However, the incredible view, excellent service, and value made it a memorable stay.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my stay at your hotel. I especially want to highlight the concierge exceptional assistance from Christopher. When I realized I had left my helmet in Okinawa, Christopher immediately offered to help. He promptly coordinated with the horse riding club and organized the shipment to Tokyo, ensuring everything went smoothly and efficiently. His dedication and professionalism truly made a difference.
In addition, Christopher suggested excellent dining options in Tokyo. His helpfulness and genuine care made him the most memorable and supportive person I encountered during my trip to Tokyo.

Regarding the hotel itself, the atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are spacious, and the view of Tokyo Tower is absolutely stunning. Breakfast on the 33rd floor with its breathtaking view was a perfect start of the day.

I highly recommend your hotel for its facilities, prime location, and above all, the exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.

We visited this place last December and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us—polite, attentive, and providing excellent service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially compared to other hotels in Tokyo. We will definitely return!

My stay overall was OK for being a five star hotel.  I like that I can walk out of the hotel and many places are walking distance.  However, I do not feel this hotel felt like a 5 star hotel.  Moreso like a 4 star.  Right off the bat, there was mold in the grout in the shower.  I felt like I had to shower with sandals on and felt unsanitary.  Also, during my two day stay, there were a group of people, probably around 20 of them, staying at the hotel.  They would crowd the noncommon areas of the hotel.  They would congregate near the elevator, running in and out and on different floors.  They would hang out in the hallways as well in small groups sitting on the floor and they would watch you walk to your room.  This was a safety concern for me. My bf did not feel comfortable with me coming back to the room alone.  These were grown adults acting as if they were in high school.  I felt staff could have directed them to meet in common areas.  It was awkward to consistently navigate around them coming in and out of the hotel throughout the day.  The hotel is slightly ‘outdated’ in style, but that does not bother me.  For others, they may not like the style.  I liked the corner room and having a panaramic view from my room.  The beds were cozy.  The AC did not work, but they did have a portable AC in the room.

I've spent thousands of dollars on Hotels.com and I was not allowed to do early check in at 1230pm. Room was low quality, no upgrades.
Bathroom shower had a lot of mold, and grime.
There was no hot water in the shower.
There was no room service food menu, my girlfriend was extremely upset she could not order food from room service. I did not feel safe on my hotel floor. There was a group of suspicious, young men running around the hall ways, and sitting outside of rooms. I did not know if they were criminals.
There was no security at hotel to patrol or monitor floors.
