One of the greatest restaurants I’ve been to in Japan. If you are not a whiskey enthusiast you can still enjoy the great food offerings they have. We went with the all you can drink Japanese whiskey course that was paired with various foods. This is a great way to go if you’re not sure what to try and this worked out well for who was traveling with. The next time I believe a-la-carte is the way to go for me. The service is great, the bartenders are amazing and the chefs WOW. You may need a reservation but not always or you just have to wait. The duck was absolutely the best I have ever had, so good we ordered it twice. The hazelnut espresso martini was the best dessert cocktail I have ever had. It may seem overpriced at first glance but the experience definitely proves it is not.

This place is awesome and has a ton of options for whiskey. The vibe is really calm and the servers are super attentive. Only thing I didn’t like was the pours. They seem pretty light for the price.

The only place in Tokyo where you can enjoy pairing whisky and food at a stylish bar and grill in Omotesando.

Access from Omotesando station
A 5-minute walk from Omotesando Station. A quiet atmosphere just off the main street. It is located in a good location.

Seating
Seating for two, table seating, and counter seating are available. Great for date night or with a group of whisky lovers.

Interior
The whiskies lined up on the shelves are a sight to behold. There are many whiskies that I have never had before that I am interested in. There are always 1,300 kinds of whiskey in the store.
How do you get the whisky from the high place?
The interior is not too bright, but has a moody atmosphere, and the candles on the tables are very cute.

The food.
The food and whiskey pairing course was very rare, and all the dishes were very delicious.
What was very surprising was the variety of ways to drink the whiskey.
I thought it would be straight, on the rocks, or with soda, but the whiskey served in a variety of ways was very rich in flavor, and it was a time when I learned more about whiskey.
This course is recommended not only for whisky lovers, but also for those who are interested in whisky but would like to try a variety of whiskies.

The pairing of "Oak Aging" was very good. The original blend of Nikka Whiskey was aged in a barrel and served in a bamboo glass.

I was really surprised at the mellowness of the whiskey, which was finished by using a method commonly used for shochu called "pre-wari," in which the liquor and water are mixed together in advance and allowed to sit. I didn't know it could be this mellow,

I was told that water and whiskey are united at the molecular level, and I would like you to experience the taste.
The staff, who are very knowledgeable about whiskey, taught me a lot about the dishes and whiskey, which was very informative.

It is also interesting to taste the couscous of the dishes and then drink it to get a different taste.
I was able to learn more about whisky by tasting it with the dishes.

The course consists of 6 dishes and 6 paired whiskeys.
This price is very satisfying for the number of dishes and the volume. Recommended for anniversaries.

A nice place with a very nice atmosphere and good service.

As it is a "library", the walls are shelves full of whisky bottles complete with ladders which they use to access the bottles on the top shelves.

Since we are not very familiar with all the different kinds of whisky, we asked the staff for recommendations. They are knowledgeable and will give you an explanation. Also, while not all staff speak English, we were able to ask for an English-speaking server.

It is a great place to have a drink or go on a date. I went on a date with my wife and had one of their selection of course meals. The food is good too!
