Food was amazing and so much surprising. You will not imagine how much good. He use seasonal ingredients and unimaginable combination. And good select of natural wines.I highly recommended!

行った事のある知人が美味しかったと言っていたので、前からずっと行ってみたかったお店。
今回初めて友人の誕生日会で伺いました。

サービスは、口コミは特に見て無かったのですが、道中口コミを読んでいくつか書かれていた接客があまりよくなかっという点にドキドキしましたが、実際に伺ってみると全くそんな事はなく店主の方はとても物腰が柔らかく、お肉が苦手な友人に別のメニューを提案してくださったり、他の店員さんも常に優しかったです。

食事はお任せコースをいただきましたが、他では味わえないものばかりで、NEW中華！といった感じでオリジナリティを感じました。全て美味しかったです。

価格は安くは無いですし、量も小ぶりですがコースだったので最終的にお腹いっぱいになりました。
サーブのタイミングも程良く、当方アレルギーでお酒は飲めませんが、ソフトドリンクも何種類かあり、3〜4杯ほどは飲みましたが、何杯以上飲まないといけないなどもありませんでした。

雰囲気はこじんまりしていますが、打ちっぱなしの壁や白を貴重とした店内が可愛いです◎
椅子に背もたれがが無かったので⭐︎4つにしましたが、それ以外はパーフェクトでした。

少人数体制で営んでる感じでしたので、時間と心に余裕があれば良いかとと思います。

A friend who had been there said it was delicious, so I've always wanted to go to this restaurant.
I visited here for the first time for a friend's birthday party.

Regarding the service, I didn't really see any reviews, but I was nervous when I read some reviews on the way that the customer service wasn't very good, but when I actually visited, I found that there was nothing like that at all and the owner... The person at the restaurant was very kind and suggested a different menu for my friend who doesn't like meat, and the other staff members were always kind.

I had the omakase course for the meal, but it was all about new Chinese food that I couldn't taste anywhere else! It gave me a sense of originality. Everything was delicious.

The price is not cheap, and the portions are small, but it was a course meal, so I was full in the end.
The serving timing was just right, and although I can't drink alcohol due to my allergies, there were several types of soft drinks, and although I drank about 3 to 4, I didn't have to drink more than one.

The atmosphere is small, but the interior is cute with its exposed walls and white color.
The chair didn't have a backrest, so I ordered four, but other than that it was perfect.

It seemed like the business was run by a small number of people, so I think it would be good if they had the time and space to do so.

雰囲気最高、めちゃオシャレな店内。みんなほとんどお任せコースだったけど、とにかく料理がゆっくりなので晩を期してナチュールワインでも飲みながら会話に花を咲かせながらご飯を楽しむべし。そんな粋な楽しみ方が出来ない方は行かない方が宜しいかと。料理は一つ一つ丁寧に作り置きもなし。ナチュールはグラスだと白と赤くらいでたまにロゼも開いてます。サービス悪いとか口コミあるけど、まぁ常連さんいっぱいだし一見さんは優先順番も低くなる。けど、そこまで悪いサービスだったかと言うとそう言うわけじゃないです。色々気を遣っていただき、美味しい料理堪能しました。お酒と合わせるから味濃い目かと言うと全然そんなことなくてむしろ薄味で優しい感じ。素材の味がすごく引き立ってます。ナチュールとの相性は最高ですね。ご馳走さまでした。また伺わせてください🙇

Great atmosphere, very stylish interior. Most of us were left to choose the course, but since the food is slow-cooked, it's a good idea to drink some natural wine later in the evening and enjoy the meal while sparking conversation. If you can't enjoy such a stylish way, I think it's better not to go. Each dish is carefully prepared and no pre-made preparations are made. Nature is about white and red in the glass, and sometimes rosé is also available. There are some reviews saying that the service is bad, but there are a lot of regulars, so first-time customers are given lower priority. However, I can't say that the service was that bad. We were treated with great care and enjoyed delicious food. You might think it tastes strong because it goes with alcohol, but that's not the case at all.In fact, it has a light and gentle taste. The taste of the ingredients really stands out. It goes great with nature. Thank you for the meal. Please let me visit again 🙇

2023ビブグルマンっていうのは全く知らずに、知人にステキな中華の店だと伺い、数ヶ月程前に訪問。

外から見るだけなら、何の店なのかわからない外観の、巷で話題のお店。

打ちっぱなしの壁でお洒落な内装と、美味しい食事が味わえるお店。
奥様のお花屋と建築事務所と共有しているようで、初見だと色々よくわからんです。

予約せず入った私も悪い(？)のですが、愛想ない無感情な受け答えの接客。
予約等々もあったからかもなのですが、邪魔だから早く帰れと言わんばかりの印象を受けました。ので、居心地は頗る悪かったです。
ホールの方との相性が悪かっただけなのか、その方がたまたま気分悪かっただけなのか知りませんが、足しげく通って常連になっていたり、しっかり予約して訪問すると、居心地もよくなるかもしれませんね。

そういうのもあったからなのか、料理の味も絶品とはならずに、美味しいけど、まぁ、こんなもんだろう、という感想になってしまいました。あと、ぬるかったです。

個人的な感想なので好きに判断していただいて構わないのですが、
私は、料理はまぁ美味しかったのですが、次に訪問したいと思わなかったので、星は２です。

I didn't know anything about 2023 Bib Gourmand, but I heard from a friend that it was a nice Chinese restaurant, so I visited there a few months ago.

This is a shop that is a hot topic on the street, with an exterior that makes it hard to tell what kind of shop it is if you just look at it from the outside.

This restaurant has a stylish interior with exposed walls and serves delicious food.
It seems like the space is shared with his wife's flower shop and an architectural firm, so there are a lot of things I don't understand when I see it for the first time.

It was my fault (?) for coming in without making a reservation, but the customer service was unfriendly and emotionless.
Maybe it was because they had reservations, etc., but I got the impression that they were telling me to leave early because I was in the way. So it was extremely uncomfortable.
I don't know if I just didn't get along well with the person at the hall, or if that person just happened to be in a bad mood, but if you go there often and become a regular, or if you make a reservation in advance, you might feel more comfortable. Not really.

Perhaps because of that, the taste of the food wasn't exquisite, and although it was delicious, I ended up with the impression that it was just like that. Also, it was lukewarm.

This is my personal opinion, so feel free to judge as you like.
I gave 2 stars because although the food was delicious, I didn't want to visit next time.

昔お邪魔してとても美味しくて印象に残ったお店です。
ここの白子麻婆豆腐は絶品でした。今でもありますでしょうか？また食べたい味です。接客もとても丁寧ですが、料理の提供にかなり時間がかかります。早めに出そうな料理も一緒に頼んだ方がよいでしょう。

The Shirako Mapo Tofu here was exquisite. Is it still available? I want to eat it again. The customer service is very polite, but it takes quite a while to serve the food. It is also a good idea to order dishes that will be served early.
