That's gotta be the shop with the longest name in this diary lmao. Apart from holding a Michelin Bib, this shop is related to Shibasakitei iirc. I can kinda see the DNA of Shibasakitei when greeted with this bowl of chuukasoba, from the beautiful noodles fold to the intense dried sardine-infused shoyu tare. It was simply incredible. From the pictures that I've seen online, the menu seems to change a lot over time. When I first had this shop bookmarked, they served a chonky piece of grilled chashu with some aesthetically pleasing char marks. They used to have duck wontons too. It seemed like they didn't offer any of those on my visit so I was somewhat disappointed ngl. On top of that, my bowl was also topped with the outer slices of chashu that were somewhat dry and dull in color. If you compare my pictures to other bowls posted online during July, you can see that they all have brightly pink chashu slices. Am I just unlucky or what? 😣

We tried two varieties of ramen and both of them were seasoned well and the broth had great texture. We have seen this place with a long queue many times and the one time we didn't see any queue, we went in to try and it's your typical neighbourhood ramen shop feel, counter style seats with a simple menu, but the ramen itself was delicious and we enjoyed them. Would rate them as one of the better ramen options in Seijo/Soshigaya area. The service team was wonderful and a big kudos to them for such warm service.

I believe I found this in a Michelin guide somewhere. It didn’t disappoint: the broth is rich but not thick, the noodles are at a perfect point and the pork is very tasty. The place is well known for wantan but I didn’t try them. Had to wait no more than 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

A rice bowl with roasted pork fillet (Charshu-don) is served as a beautiful decoration. Sweet seasoning and wasabi has good accented flavor.
On the other hand, ramen is not essentially special although the price is reasonable.
I often see long lineup in lunch time at this shop but it’s definitely not worth doing for me.

The pork rice is nice but should not with ramen as ramen is of light flavour. Pork rice will dominate everything.
