Conveniently located just outside Kyodo station is a fantastic omakase spot. Sushidokoro kiraku managed to surprise both myself and my guests as chef shared uniquely crafted sushi with an unexpected twist to a few.

We were delighted to try a miso-mustard sauce seaweed salad, monkfish liver and the most surprising piece for us was the ika nigiri (squid). Because of the chef's ability to perform precise and accurate cuts across the squid, we were surprised to find the squid to have a creamy texture instead of the typical slightly crunch texture from a regular sushi joint.

The chef speaks English and locals are often seated at the bar with the other foodie tourists.

This is an excellent omakase experience to both rookies in the Tokyo food scene and experienced sushi enjoyers

A small Zen restaurant that seats 8 - An absolutely memorable Omakase experience awaits you.

The taishou at Kiraku is the epitome of a sushi master. Not only is he a master at his craft, he enlightened us with knowledgeable tidbits in regard to the preparations and thoughts of a sushi chef. He was engaging, funny and down to earth. Throughout the night he shared with us many stories and conversations that we won't ever forget.

Lets talk about the meal. In total we had 20 servings of different sushi, many of which we have never tasted in our life which was a fresh and tasty experience that lasts long after your meal is finished.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sushidoroko Kiraku for your Omakase experience if you are in Tokyo.

Outstanding - the best sushi I’ve ever had, and extremely affordable pricing. Chef speaks great English, is very friendly and explains the whole meal to you as you go. If you’ve been wanting to have a great omakase in Tokyo this place is the one to go to. You can book on Pocket Concierge.

One of the best experiences you can get for an omakase in tokyo. The chef was quite accommodating to us and spoke very well in English and described each dish in detail. He was quite friendly and was attentive to how we were eating (left/right handed holding). Would definitely recommend this to anyone who can get a reservation and will definitely come back again!
