The price is way above the value. I ended up checking out early and changing to a hotel in Asakusa that was half the price and much nicer.

I paid extra for the "styling room," and all you really get for that is a small bathtub. The room is a lot bigger but the space is wasted. It's just a huge hallway at the entrance and a big empty space in the bathroom. The bed is still cramped, there is no desk, no space to put the kettle, no wardrobe, just a big empty hallway. The extra decor in that room is not as nice as it looks in the photos, so don't bother unless you need a small bathtub or are really concerned about space for your luggage. Also they don't put the more expensive rooms in better locations. This room was on the lowest floor and had a view of a concrete wall.

They have a laundry but it is always busy and you have to pay.
The self check in and check out did not work for me at all and I had to get the staff to do it. I think it would be better and more efficient for everyone to have a normal staffed check-in and check-out.  For the price I would have expected nicer amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice. But you can get those things and more for a much cheaper price.

The location and restaurant in the hotel were EXCELLENT.  Breakfast was included in our stay and it was truly fantastic.  We even had dinner here one night and it was delicious.  Very nice, quiet, clean rooms. Environmentally conscious; loved the clothing donation box at the elevator entrance for travelers who might want to shed a few clothing items.  Highly recommend!

This hotel is great for location and has okay amenities, including washer dryer which is nice for longer traveling. The room layouts are a bit odd, such as not having enough hooks for towels, purses, etc. and tight spacing around the bed, but it was passable. Otherwise, we really liked the hotel location - excellent! - and the fact that there was a lovely coffee shop and pizza place nearby were added bonuses.
We had a bit of an issue with the check-in process, because our first reservation was through klook and I tried multiple ways to look it up without success (I was expecting this after reading other reviews, but after 20 hours of travel, we were a bit nonplussed.) The treat upon check-in was a nice gesture and the hotel staff were all awesome and very welcoming once we got through check in. The fact they let you keep bags there is really nice too.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children in November. It was quite expensive for the size of the room, although we think it was worth it for the excellent location (we walked everywhere!) and amazing cafe downstairs with excellent, strong coffee and friendly staff. There is also a great pizza restaurant in the hotel that was a nice child-friendly dinner option for us with our kids. Would stay here again!

Beware!

This hotel is NOT a three, much less a four star hotel. It is an extremely overpriced two-star hotel whose only virtue is its proximity to Shibuya.

The room was tiny. Without a doubt the smallest I have ever slept in. A hallway and bed enclosed in a cheap painted wooden structure. Stained carpets, scratched and scuffed walls (I reckon from other travelers' suitcases due to lack of space) and unclean bedding. Let alone a complementary bottle of water, or any toiletry kit. Nothing.

My girlfriend and I had a reservation for five nights but decided to leave after the first even though we had to pay more to find another place in such short notice. Honestly: it was the best decision.

The two stars, instead of one, is for the decency of the receptionist for recognizing mistakes quickly and adjusting our reservation to let us leave earlier.

cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially considering the small fortune of money they charge. You can find get a similar accommodation at an APA Hotel for half the money; or real 4 and even 5 star hotels in other parts of the city for a similar amount.
