Amazing stay. We ended up in this hotel because our rented appartment was not cleaned after the previous users. Such a great surprise we got! This was way closer to the subway station and with amazing facilities. The staff was also very friendly. Rooms are small but very practical. Spa and gym are very well equipped and clean. Buffet was very good and handy.

I was here for Tokyo Marathon and it's so close to the start line. Overall it's a good hotel, I didn't have breakfast there since it is always full (because of the event), and there are some options around the area as well. The onsen was good, I enjoyed very much, the room is a bit small, but given the low price, it's OK for a few days.

Great value in an excellent location. There is a public bath Sento on the 2nd floor as a bonus. Rooms are small but sufficient. Hotel is very clean and staff are attentive and very polite. Solid choice.

Room was extremely small. We had really tough times while staying there. It’s a real challenge for 2 people to walk in the room at the same time. Location is great. Just 2 minutes to the subway station so it’s really convenient. You can easily reach everywhere by connecting to the subway. Breakfast is around 2.000 Yens per person per day. I think it’s a satisfying breakfast buffet. I recommend this hotel if you’re traveling by subway.

This property is clean, ideally located, because you're 8-10 mins away from all central locations. Shibuya and Shinjuku are both one bus away. The hotel features beautiful single rooms with excellent small fridges/freezers, a nice little desk, and a comfortable desk chair. The TVs are better than most hotels in the US, especially those in the same price range. The internet is top tier and faster than most wireless home internet in the US. I get about 900 Mbps through Ethernet, which is unreal and something you can only find in Japan. I mean, a local street food restaurant packs 90 Mbps lol. Additionally, the cleaning staff gets a 5-star for me cause these hard-working folks do not disappoint at all. The only downside for me is the front desk employees who speak minimal English and don't provide much help at all, as well as the heater/ cooling system, which is centrally controlled. You can adjust the heater only if you turn it on centrally, and change the AC only when it is warm enough outside. Overall, I will be coming back again and again cause I loved staying there.
