I am still staying here but couldn’t wait to put up a review because I am SO impressed with this hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are incredible. They are spacious, clean and modern and the amenities are like nothing I’ve had in any hotel. I was provided with a hair straightener, the bed is so fluffy and comfortable, the window shades and curtains are remote controlled and I can enjoy reading a book on my sofa whilst looking at an incredible view. I even have a walk in robe that allows my suitcase to be tucked out of the way. Thank you to the lovely staff who are making my stay a 10000/10 experience!

Stayed here for 1 night in the executive corner king room and it was amazing. Well worth the money spent, especially having access to the executive floor with unlimited drink and buffet food. The views from our room were amazing, especially having the view from our bathroom also! The staff here couldn’t do enough for you, they were so attentive and really nice to speak to. If you stay here, you should go to the cigar&rock bar accessible via the hotel, I can’t remember what floor - but such a cozy and intimate vibe.

Gorgeous hotel conveniently located in the heart of Shibuya. Excellent service, very spacious guest rooms and fully equipped bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. Gorgeous panoramic views of Tokyo. We loved the breakfast buffet and other amenities. Walking distance from Shibuya station, the famous crosswalk and a multitude of shops and restaurants. Hope to come back soon one day!

I was worried the hotel would feel dated and corporate based on many of the photos I had seen but was very pleasantly surprised. We stayed on the newly renovated 31st floor. This hotel is easily the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Incredible service, rooms are extremely accommodating and comfortable, and have everything you could ever need (my only wish was for better toilet paper, haha). Beds are extremely comfortable, I fell asleep immediately every night. We didn’t want to leave.

Location is good, service is ok but we only stayed on night so not much to go on. The room we stayed in was straight out of the 1980's and I don't mean that as a compliment. Sad thing: they could easily improve the room for little money while they plan that 20 years past due renovation: change curtains, improve light fixtures/quality, put storage in the bathroom, by all means rip out that horrifying carpet if the floor beneath is can be exposed, etc.
