続くフォアグラ、3種の貝、ヒラメと蟹のパイも美味い。
メインは熊本あか牛のリブロース炭火焼き。あか牛だけどサシが多くて柔らかいのにしつこくない。
追加でチーズをオーダーし貴腐ワインを堪能。
最後のパッションフルーツと宮崎マンゴーのデザートもめっちゃ美味い。
オーナーシェフがホールもソムリエもこなすワンオペだけどクオリティが高い。

We had dinner at the Michelin Selected French restaurant La Maison Finistere in Ebisu.
Authentic French cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, limited to 2 groups per day.
Amuse's horse sashimi confirms a good restaurant.
The foie gras, three types of shellfish, flounder and crab pie that followed were also delicious.
The main dish is charcoal-grilled Kumamoto red beef rib roast. Although it is a red cow, it has a lot of marbling and is soft but not stubborn.
Order additional cheese and enjoy noble rot wine.
The last dessert of passion fruit and Miyazaki mango was also really delicious.
Although it is a one-off operation where the owner/chef serves as both the chef and the sommelier, the quality is high.
