This meal was INCREDIBLE!!! We were stumbling upon the internet for a great place to eat and were not disappointed. We came about 30 minutes by train and it may have been my favorite meal of the trip! This was really awesome as I have a terrible gluten allergy (celiac/coeliac). Cross contamination is a no-go for me and this place RULED. The staff was so knowledgeable about my allergy and made sure I knew what I could and could not eat. I could eat 90% of the menu (a bit difficult around here) and our entire party thought the food was to die for!! We had the potatoes gratin, curry cauliflower, bouillabaisse, fish beignets (not GF), pickled veggies, and oxtail. Tried to take photos before we ate but we devoured it all SO FAST!!!!!

Bonus: Excellent local wine and our waiter (also the manager) was the kindest and friendliest soul. You can tell how much he cares about his business and the customers who come to the restaurant. Glad to have gotten the chance to meet and dine with him. THANK YOU SHOGO ♡ ♡

Dishes are well prepared and are delicious. It has potential to become another Michelin star restaurant except the place is quite cramped. The bistro is located in a food mall like setting, it is next to a teriyaki restaurant which is noisy and in smelly.
Nonetheless cooking team should be congratulated

広尾駅から目の前。ビルの２階に色々なお店と併設してあります。カウンターで料理の過程が見られて楽しいです。メニューも沢山あり迷ってしまいます。２人で訪問し前菜二皿と温菜一皿とメインを頂きました。大好きなトリッパは熱々で美味しく芽キャベツも大人の味で良いアクセントに。牛テールもホロホロに煮込まれていて味も染み込んでいてとても美味しかったです。デザートのタルト・タタンも最高に美味しい。今まで食べた中で一番美味しいと思いました。そして何と言ってもシェフの気配りの良さが際立っていました。お店に活気があり楽しかったです。また次回違うメニューも楽しんでみたいです。

Right in front of Hiroo station. There are various shops on the second floor of the building. It's fun to watch the cooking process at the counter. There are so many menu items that it can be confusing. Two people visited and received two appetizers, one hot dish, and a main dish. My favorite tripe is piping hot and delicious, and the Brussels sprouts have a grown-up flavor that makes a nice addition. The beef tail was also perfectly stewed and had a lot of flavor, so it was very delicious. The dessert tarte tatin is also delicious. I thought it was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. Above all, the chef's attentiveness was outstanding. The store was lively and fun. I would like to try a different menu next time.

【le bistrot des blues（ル ビストロ デ ブル）】さんに訪店しました！

2023年12月、ミシュラン三つ星を獲得し続ける超人気店『レフゲルヴェソンス』や2025年度のミシュランではセレクテッドにも選出された『ラ・ボンヌ・ターブル』などを手がける「サイタブリア」が新店をオープン！

【le bistrot des blues（ル ビストロ デ ブル）】

直訳すると「青きものたちのビストロ」という意味だそうで、フランスで「青」が意味する"誠実"や"自由"に加え、日本で使われる若さを意味する「青」の二つの意味から店名を名付けられたそうです。

しかしながら、そこはミシュランを獲得し続ける名店の系譜。

グループ内から集結した若き「青い」精鋭たちはメンバー全員がソムリエ資格を有するなど素晴らしいポテンシャル！

加えてお料理は上述した『ラ・ボンヌ・ターブル』の中村和成氏が監修。

本オープンから1年を待たずして2025年度版ミシュランガイド東京にて見事「ビブグルマン」を獲得！

快挙ですね！

場所は広尾駅からほど近い商店街入口付近に2020年7月に誕生した複合施設「eat play works」の2Fに位置。

店内はまるでパリにきたかのようなオシャレな雰囲気を醸し出しておりカウンター&テーブルで計20席！

メニューは全てアラカルトで食べたいものを食べたいだけ注文するスタイル。

今回はオススメのメニューを中心にお願いしてみました。

カジュアルながら骨太なフレンチをビストロ価格でいただけるのは嬉しいところ。

特に印象的だったのがパテアンクルート！
看板メニューの一つでもあり、ホロホロ鳥、フォアグラ、コンソメジュレなどがギッチリ。

パイとのバランスが良くとても美味しかったです。

そして少し被りましたがピジョンとフォアグラのパイ包み焼き。

こちらも大変好みでした。

他にも気になるメニューが沢山あったので機会が是非また伺ってみたいと思います。

In December 2023, Cytabria, which handles restaurants such as the extremely popular restaurant ``Refgelvessons,'' which continues to receive three Michelin stars, and ``La Bonne Table,'' which was selected as a Michelin selection in 2025, will open a new store. open!

It's great to be able to enjoy casual yet authentic French cuisine at bistro prices.

What was particularly impressive was the pate en croute!
It is one of the signature menu items, and is packed full of guinea fowl, foie gras, and consommé jelly.

It was very delicious and had a good balance with the pie.

Then there was the pigeon and foie gras pie, which I covered a little.

I really liked this too.

There were many other items on the menu that I was interested in, so I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.
