新店になって初めて2回目の「すしさとる」へ。
六角形の店内は、以前よりゆとりがあり、ゆったりと落ち着けます。
定評のあるおつまみはどれも工夫を凝らしたもので、特筆ものです。
お酒が進みます。
鮨も旬のネタをバランスよく握ってくれます。
中盤に次々と提供される部位の違う鮪の香りと余韻は、「さとる」のメインイベントなのは間違いありません。「藤田の鮪」を存分に堪能できます。
居心地の良い接客も素晴らしく、本当に美味しく楽しい時間を過ごせました。

8/8に移転、駅に近くなったそうです。
マップで見るとお店への入口がよく分かりませんが、北側のサントリー自販機脇の通路から入ります。
馬蹄型カウンター８席、今までは６席だったそうなので少しだけ予約を取りやすくなる、かも。
最初の一品はナスの揚げ煮びたし握り、その名もおいでナス。
一品めの名前からそうですが、とにかく大将が何をしゃべってもダジャレに持っていきます。噂以上です。
ダジャレのついでのように出てくるおつまみはどれも美しく美味しい。穴子団子なんて初めて見る品もお酒が進んで仕方ない。
そのお酒はメニュー表記なし、大将が銘柄を選んで出してくれる式になります。色々な日本酒が出てくるのでどんどんおかわりしてしまう。頼まなかったけどワインもたくさんあるようです。
握りは新イカなんて季節ものから車海老唐子づけなんて古典メニュー、そしてトロ・中トロ・赤身と圧巻のマグロ三連発。少し温かめのご飯とトロが合うなんてもんじゃありません。しあわせ。
醤油で炊いたガリを挟んで、さらに中トロの漬けに手渡しの手巻きウニとたたみ込んでくれます。
さらに丁寧に叩いたトロたく巻きと熱々の玉子焼きと続き、お好み握りの追加タイムとなったのでカツオ、そして赤身おかわりをお願いしてしまいました。
シメはおはぎ握り。酢飯のおはぎって美味しいものですね。
スタッフの方もお酒の空きやお冷やなど注意深く見ていてくれて、楽しくくつろげる2時間でした。
お酒を8杯くらい飲んでも三万円をギリギリ切るくらいと、立地と内容からは信じられないくらいです。また行きたいけど予約取れるのかしら。

The sake is not listed on the menu, and the chef will choose the brand and serve it to you. There are so many different types of sake available that I end up having to keep changing. I didn't ask for it, but they seem to have a lot of wine.
The nigiri includes seasonal items such as new squid, classic dishes such as prawns with karako, and a trio of spectacular tuna: fatty, medium fatty, and lean. There's nothing wrong with slightly warm rice and fatty tuna. Happiness.
Sandwiched with soy sauce-cooked gari, the medium-fatty marinated sea urchin is folded in with the hand-rolled sea urchin.
Next was the carefully pounded fatty tuna rolls and piping hot egg rolls, and since it was time to add the okonomiyaki, I asked for bonito and another red meat.
The end is Ohagi Nigiri. Vinegar rice rice balls are delicious.
The staff was careful to check whether the drinks were available or not, and it was a fun and relaxing two hours.
Even if you drink about 8 drinks, it will cost you just under 30,000 yen, which is unbelievable considering the location and the contents. I want to go again, but I wonder if I can make a reservation.

最初はナスからスタート。はじめて！
くず素麺は葛粉の素麺に上が北寄貝。この組み合わせ食感楽しい。
味噌焼きめっちゃ好きなので日本酒もついつい。笑美味しいですね〜
鮪も四貫出てきて嬉しい！中トロ口当たりがとても良かったです。
ここの名物、藤田巻き。めっちゃインスタで出てきてた笑ビジュ良。これは確うまいのよ。
大将の連発ダジャレが面白楽しかったです笑
28歳という若さですごい。頑張って欲しいです。

とにかくマグロが美味しかったです。中トロは本当に口の中でとろけます。

蟹も美味しかったし、雲丹も美味しいし、、、全部美味しかったです。

イカも隠し包丁の技もさる事ながら口の中に入れると甘くてとけていきます。

そして日本酒がそれぞれ美味しいし、色々な種類があります。基本全て飲みやすいので女性でもグビグビ飲めるかもです。

大将の漫談も聞けるので高級店でも片肘はらず楽しく食べる事が出来ました。
