We got in line about 30 mins before they opened on a weekday and was the 2nd group. When they opened, there was quite a line (people at the end of the line probably need to wait for the 2nd and 3rd wave to finish). After the 1st wave finished ordering, I noticed quite a few buttons on the machine showed out of stock already.

Food was great, we ordered a filet set and a loin set. The filet was super soft and juicy.  Loin was good too, but chewier than the filet.  There are 3 dips for 3 different tastes.

I never liked katsu but after trying this delicious creation, it changed my opinion on it.

Waited outside for 30 minutes before opening and was 3rd in line. Got seated right away in front of the head chef and he was so nice in describing how we should eat it along with the different spices and condiments.

This place is absolutely insane and so delicious I went back twice to try both the pork & chicken. Cutlets are a perfect level of crisp while retaining moisture. Mustard has a great kick, Sauce has a nice acidity / sweetness to it to balance. The perfect homey meal and one of the highlights of my trip

Unbloody believable - if you’re in tokyo you must try it. The owners were lovely. They even serve hot tea on the side whilst you wait.

I tried the 200 gram pork loin tonkatsu set for 2800 Yen.

The pork was succulent, juicy and just so perfect. The accompanying dishes, rice and miso soup were fantastic too. They really nailed the balance of the flavours.

Outstanding. There is seating for about 20 people inside this small modern restaurant.  You can not book for the lunch service. You must queue up outside. It is worth every minute of the waiting. The owners thoughtfully provide umbrellas, a few seats for those who can't stand for long, green tea, and water while you wait. Once you're in, you are treated to beautiful food cooked in front of your eyes. The husband and wife team are kind, efficient, and courteous. This is such a fun place to eat and the food is gorgeous.
