I have been to Far Yeast Brewing company about 4 or 5 times now and feel I can give it my honest review. The location is very convenient and easy to get to from Gotanda JR train station. It is a great place to stop when taking a walk along the Meguro river. The space is nice, cool and modern with plenty of seats to accommodate one or a small group. The beer is technically good, fresh, cold and served properly. If there is any criticism which is purely from my own taste and opinion is to have a little more diversity in the beer offerings. I do understand it is hard to be everything to everyone, but a few less Hazy options in the ales would be nice. The food was nice and portions seemed to be good. The staff were relatively nice however did not seems too knowledgeable about beer. Often the server needed to ask a brewery or some other staff about more details about the beer. This is not a big issue, but would expect brewery staff to know details for the beer. I do recommend you try this place and I will continue to drink beer here as it is a stop on my Meguro river walks.

The rare beef steak was very tasty and loved the 2 sour beers they had tonight. Mixed nuts were sweet and not my favourite. Menu and ordering via smartphone and Wi-Fi available. The atmosphere was good

Open for lunch and dinner, located near Gotanda under Tokyu Ikegami line rail track. Previously ran business in Shibuya.

Not only locally brewed beers but several  guest beers from all over Japan, quite wide selection but small batch so they can be sold out quickly!

Lunch menus are mostly grilled meats or big salad plates. Shrimp salad is the only option for vegitarians!  Modern warehouse style, spacious seatings inside, some terrace seats, good for solo, family, couples or group. Serving tap beers on the lunch time.

Tasty, small but eclectic beer menu of Far Yeast's famous original brews accompanied with the scrumptious brisket Bau and other delectable bites. Cozy atmosphere, perfect for a small group or with a close friend/colleague. Quiet neighborhood, so while there were seats available from 7pm (Thursday), by 9 it was full house.

Great craft beer tucked away from the bustle of Shibuya. There’s a range of beer and (according to a friend who had been before) changes fairly regularly. There’s a chart on the wall that breaks down the beer for you so you can relate the different beers to each other. Staff were friendly and happy to make recommendations!
