I was worry before of the bad review.  May be I am lucky... room is not big but good enough. Location is super convenient !  Breakfast is great.  If the queen side bed is not in the corner and comes with some drawers, that would make the room flawless.   Anyway I am sure will come back.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the staff were really nice and friendly, the overall experience wasn’t great. The internet connection was terrible. I had to connect to a different room just to get a decent signal. Room service was disappointing too. They didn’t clean properly, and if they found a half-full coffee cup, they’d just cover it instead of replacing or cleaning it.

The location was another downside. It’s about a 1km walk to the main train station, which can be a real inconvenience. The biggest issue, though, was the laundry situation. There are only two machines for the entire hotel, so it’s nearly impossible to use them. You’re forced to go to a laundromat outside or pay for their overpriced laundry service.

The staff’s friendliness was the one saving grace, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for all the other issues. Wouldn’t stay here again unless they make some big changes.

For what we paid, the location and room were perfect! If you get a standard double room, it will be VERY small, so be forewarned. We only brought carry on luggage and I don’t know what we would have done with a full size suitcase. They had shampoo and conditioner packets, which were great! They held our luggage for us on the day of checkout until late evening. The staff was so kind and helpful:)

Small rooms but convenient. We stayed in a DELUXE DOUBLE, the room was small (not tiny), enough for 2 people with 2 carry ons and 2 big suitcases.

The hotel is nice, they clean the rooms everyday, the front desk is helpful, also the staff from the cafe in the lobby.

Location is good, we waked all the time to restaurants and bars. Also, the Shinjuku station is a short walk away.

The area is surrounded by bars and motels, you’ll always see young people walking around. But the hotel and the rooms are quiet, despite being in right next to the entertainment core.

We spent a week there. It’s a nice comfortable hotel.

The hotel is super conveniently located—just a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station. The main entrance is down an alley and kind of hard to find though. We loved being so close to tons of stores and shops, plus there’s a Lawson and 7/11 right around the corner.

The staff were fantastic—really helpful and efficient. The rooms have a stylish, modern vibe, but I did find the storage a bit lacking. Also, if you’re like me and need to charge multiple devices, be aware that there’s only one outlet by the bed.

We tried the hotel breakfast, which was handy, but it wasn’t exactly the highlight of our stay.  Overall, a solid choice for the location and service, though there’s room for improvement!
