Very cool atmosphere with incredible drinks. MAKE A RESERVATION!!! Your hotel can most likely help. Be sure to also check it the a day before…. When we arrived they had the wrong date but luckily were able to squeeze us in later!

Ignore what everyone says about being turned away. A bar that requires reservations beforehand will not make exceptions to that rule, especially not in Japan.

That being put the rest, the service and level of attention to detail and care that goes into every cocktail is subliminal. The craft is unlike anything i've ever seen before. I even got to taste Kayama-san's homegrown absinthe which sent chills down my spine.

A top class experience worthy of being protected from walk-ins. The atmosphere you get when you enter is serne and immersive.

We had a fabulous time last night and were so impressed with the quality, taste and presentation of the cocktails and will definitely be back next time we visit Japan.

This was the coolest bar I have ever been to. I made a reservation around a week and a half before my trip. There’s only 4 people working this small bar, but every single one of them is very friendly, helpful and professional. We showed up early to our reservation and there was a table available that they put us at. When we asked if we could be seated at the bar, the answer was yes we just had to wait for them to clean after the customers. There is no menu at this bar, but the staff know drinks and if you tell them what you like or see ingredients you want to try they’ll work with you. The reservation system got us 2 hours in the bar, but that was still plenty of time to enjoy. The bar is a little dark but that adds to the atmosphere, each drink is expertly made and beautiful. We started the night with some sazeracs, the absinthe is homemade and was excellent.

Great cocktails focused on Japanese fruits. One with grape was refreshing and delicious. Hard to walk in. Reservations recommended.
