値段と内容が合いません。
レビューが良いので期待していきましたが、味付けは濃すぎたり薄すぎたりで、微妙でした。

1人1万円くらいのコースなのに、食材が使い回しが多いのも残念。
とうもろこしの寄せ豆腐、とうもろこしご飯。 はまぐりの吸い物、はまぐりが入った酢の物。全て薬味にみょうがが使われている(小ネギはゼロ)
と言った具合。
味付けも同様です。(胡麻和え、酢味噌和え、などかぶりだらけ)

高級な部類に入る値段なのに、店内は蒸し風呂状態、、

すべてはコスト削減を意識しているんでしょうね。

誕生日の会と伝えましたが、何の気遣いも、｢おめでとうございます｣の一言もなかったです。

Although the course costs about 10,000 yen per person, it's a shame that many of the ingredients are reused.
Corn fried tofu, corn rice. Clam soup, vinegared clams. All of them use ginger as a seasoning (no small onions)

The same goes for seasoning. (Full of things like sesame dressing, vinegar miso dressing, etc.)

Although the price is in the high class category, the inside of the store is like a steam bath.

I guess it's all about cost reduction.

丁寧な仕事が料理に出ています。

10品あり食べ応えありました。
野菜の煮物には10種類も入っていました。
お蕎麦も手打ちの細めで、大根おろしとあえてあり口がさっぱりしました。

東京、荻窪にある和食店、割烹有いちさんに行ってきました。

地元ではかなり有名なお店。

季節のおまかせコースを注文しました。

まずはしじみのスープ🍲　しじみの独特な苦味がなく飲みやすい優しいスープから始まります。

次に前菜が出て、おすすめの日本酒🍶これは日本酒が苦手な人でも飲みやすいものです

刺身の盛り合わせ、煮物が出てくるのですが、筍が苦手な私でもすんなり食べれる薄味でしっかりと出汁をとっているのがわかります

7品の小鉢　これも一つ一つ丁寧に作られていて、みていても非常に美味しい

この日一番美味しかったお吸い物。この中に入っている椎茸が過去一美味しかった。椎茸と魚のすり身を混ぜたものですが、お吸い物のスープと非常に合う。

焼き魚とご飯🍚、〆にそばがあるのですが、この蕎麦がお蕎麦屋さんよりも美味しい。手打ちで打っているのがわかる食感。出汁も辛味のある大根おろしとのコラボがいいですね。

最後にデザートで締めですが、なかなか当たりの割烹屋さんでした！

I went to Kappo Yuichi, a Japanese restaurant in Ogikubo, Tokyo.

A very famous shop in the local area.

I ordered the seasonal omakase course.

First up is clam soup🍲 It starts with a gentle soup that is easy to drink without the unique bitterness of clams.

Next, the appetizers were served, and the recommended sake 🍶 This is easy to drink even for people who don't like Japanese sake.

Assorted sashimi and simmered dishes are served, and you can see that the broth is light enough that even I, who don't like bamboo shoots, can easily eat it.

7 small dishes, each one carefully made and delicious to look at.

The most delicious soup of the day. The shiitake mushrooms in this were the most delicious ever. It is a mixture of shiitake mushrooms and minced fish, and goes very well with soup.

Grilled fish and rice 🍚, and the soba to finish it off, and this soba is even more delicious than the soba noodles at the soba restaurant. The texture is so good that you can tell it's made by hand. The dashi soup is also a good collaboration with the spicy grated daikon radish.

Lastly, we ended with dessert, and it was quite a hit at this kappo restaurant!
