I recently visited a quaint tempura shop in Tokyo that offered two menu options: a tempura set meal with 7 different tempura dishes or a tempura rice bowl. Based on the shop owner's recommendation, I decided to try the set meal.

The fried egg was particularly impressive, with its combination of sweet and savory flavors and the freshness of the egg yolk. The other tempura dishes were also fresh and not oily. Additionally, the owner put on a unique performance to entertain the guests.

I just left Tensuke restaurant, not even five minutes after I’m giving a 5-star review to this amazing place. Amazing food, accompanied with a great atmosphere and a very kind staff

The boss man knows what he’s doing! He is warm and welcoming, and even puts on a little show. His staff is also kind. The food is fresh fried in front of you and full of flavor. The miso soup was some of the best I’ve had, the fried seafood and veg were crisp and delicious, and the egg with rice was honestly outstanding for something seemingly so simple. Honestly, its a ton of food, so come hungry. I came on an empty stomach and couldn’t finish it all. My only gripe is that we waited in line for 90 minutes. It was a little crazy. It seems most people don’t wait that long in other reviews, so I think we just got very unlucky.
