職場近くでずっと気になっていたSUGAHARAさんへ、自身の誕生日の食事に夫にリクエストして初訪問。
こう言う年季の入った建物は、階段を一段一段上る時点でワクワクする。

扉を開けると、思っていた以上に錦糸町に居ることを忘れさせてくれる良い雰囲気。

アミューズは生シラスで始まり、前菜の盛り合わせも味のバランスが良くどれも美味❣️

夫婦共に近頃は日々、1or2食しか摂らない為、メインディッシュ2品のコースではなく、パスタ2種＆メインディッシュ1品のコースをチョイスしてちょうど良かった！

手作りフォカッチャには、バターやオリーブオイルではなく、マスカルポーネにハニーナッツが掛かっているものを出されたのは初めてだったが、これも新鮮で嬉しい発見だった。

2種のパスタもコントラストがあり、違う良さを楽しめた。

メインディッシュは鴨のロースト。
鴨肉も好きではあるが、他のテーブルでポークのローストが出されていたので、豚肉好きとしては期待していただけにちょっと残念！

でも自宅から気軽に行ける場所に、新たに美味しいお店を見付けられて、良い誕生日のお夕飯となりました。

また足を運びたい、良店です👍

I visited SUGAHARA for the first time as it was close to my workplace and I had always been interested in her, so I requested my husband to have a meal for my birthday.
It's an old building like this, and it's exciting to walk up the stairs one step at a time.

When you open the door, the atmosphere is so nice that it makes you forget that you're in Kinshicho even more than you expected.

The amuse starts with fresh whitebait, and the assorted appetizers are well-balanced and all delicious❣️

My husband and I only eat 1 or 2 meals a day these days, so instead of a course with 2 main dishes, we chose a course with 2 types of pasta and 1 main dish, which was perfect!

It was the first time that I had been served homemade focaccia with mascarpone topped with honey nuts instead of butter or olive oil, which was also a new and pleasant discovery.

The two types of pasta also had a contrast and I enjoyed the different goodness.

The main dish was roast duck.
Although I like duck meat, another table was serving roast pork, so I was a bit disappointed as I had high expectations as a pork lover!

However, I was able to find a new delicious restaurant within easy reach of my home, and it turned out to be a great birthday dinner.

It's a good store that I would like to visit again 👍

絡みが少なく店全体の雰囲気は、つかめなかったのですが　料理は、さすがミシュラン　スタッフの気遣いもよくアンテナが針巡ってました。
多分　常連さんには居心地の良い空間なのかも🥂
と思いました。

What is Master Staff?
I couldn't really get a feel for the overall atmosphere of the restaurant because there wasn't much to do, but the food was as expected from Michelin stars, and the staff was attentive and my antennae were spinning.
Maybe it's a comfortable space for regulars 🥂

Unique Italian cuisine that takes advantage of seasonal ingredients. From the appetizers to the main course, each dish has its own statement, yet the overall harmony can be felt, which is probably the result of the chef's commitment and skill. You can trust the sommelier's knowledge and experience to recommend and explain wines that match the food. This is my 5th time here, and every time I've been here I've always been surprised in a good way and always enjoyed the food.

錦糸町駅南口出て徒歩数分のところにあるイタリアンレストラン。
ミシュランビブグルマン取ってるお店で近所だし前から気になってたのですが訪問がかなり遅くなりました。

平日の夜に予約して訪問。

店内はカウンター席もありつつテーブルも意外とあります。
3卓以上はあった。

お店に入ってから、アラカルトでも、プリフィクスのコースでも、おまかせのコースでも選ぶことができます。
おかませは要予約って書いてあったけど当日でもいけた。

8000円のおまかせコースを注文しました。
前菜5品、パン、パスタが出てメインのお肉、ドルチェ
という内容です。
このお値段だけど前菜がしっかり種類出てくるの嬉しい。

前半はオリーブオイルと塩気が効いていてワイン飲むにはとても良い前菜たち。

メインは宮城県産の黒豚、肩ロースの部位でした。

全体的に安定してて、カジュアルにイタリアンを楽しむなら安心して選べるお店な印象でした。
ビブグルマンぽいといえばぽいのかな？
アラカルトで食べたいもの頼むでも楽しそうです。

カウンター席も雰囲気良いのでシェフと話せそう。

An Italian restaurant located a few minutes walk from the south exit of Kinshicho Station.
It's a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in my neighborhood and I've been interested in it for a while, but it's been quite a while since I last visited.

I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night.

There are counter seats inside the store, but there are surprisingly many tables as well.
There were at least 3 tables.

After entering the restaurant, you can choose from a la carte, prix-fixe courses, or omakase courses.
It said that reservations were required for Okamase, but I was able to go on the same day.

I ordered the Omakase course for 8000 yen.
5 appetizers, bread, pasta, main meat, dolce

I'm glad that there is a good variety of appetizers for this price.

The first half of the appetizers are flavored with olive oil and salt, making them perfect for drinking wine.

The main dish was black pork from Miyagi prefecture, shoulder loin.

Overall, it seemed like a restaurant that was stable and safe to choose if you wanted to casually enjoy Italian food.
