Amazing street, can spend hours here.
Lots of unique and home made kitchen items.
Each store has different items to the one next door which makes for a great experience, you're not looking at the same price generic items over and over.

Also some nice food and snack options

Oh, this is the best ever experience!! If you're into kitchen utensils (and even if you're not!!) this is mind blowing awesome! This street is filled with amazing gadgets but also ridiculously gorgeous porcelain pieces. Everything you can possibly think of and more! There's a shop for every idea you can use in your own kitchen. Have fun and don't forget your bank card! 😉

Love Kappabashi! Easy to spend all day here exploring your way through all of the kitchen items. Incredible selection of Japanese Knife shops as well with some of the best quality you will find in Japan.

We purchased an amazing selection of knife’s from a number of different stores and ended up with some great keepsakes for our home.

Can’t recommend this street enough if you love to cook and want some of the best items around for your home or commercial kitchen!

Dozens and dozens of shops catering to everything one needs for an institutional/restaurant or home kitchen. Anything from knives (of course), cups, plates, pots of any size, signs to tapestries for hanging outside or inside the restaurant (or home if you fancy).
A treasure trove of goods, well worth a visit.  Walk all along the street and back.

i live this place! a heaven for household daily items from knife, kitchen utensil, tablewares etc. you can spend a whole day here from shops to shops. the price are reaonable too!
