澳門星級日料唯二（壽司），2024澳門米其林新科（一星）。

這一餐吃掉了我對澳門日料的成見，去除價位不說，這一餐我最少說了十幾次好好吃，甚至拍了手；食材好自是不用說，我看到的更多是師傅的堅持，比方一次醋飯只拌一貫壽司（八人/ 一位師傅服務八人）的量，用的米是山形米，水居然來自鹿兒的島櫻島火山；外場的女服務生對食材、料理的解說詳細且帶著笑臉，而不是背稿的唸完；今天最驚艷的是鰻魚，嚴格來說是皮，怎可以挖的那麼脆，在嘴巴像吃餅乾「考考考」;配料和歌山青梅醃到綿綿綿；鮑魚內臟的醬汁，好吃到想舔盤子，正當想要一點醋飯沾醬汁時，下一秒師傅真的放了一小球醋飯在碗中，並再添了一匙醬汁；握壽司上了八買食材、醋飯都到位，收尾的甜點，甚至漬物都美味，尤其是漬榨菜，超好吃。

食物全都很新鲜，有些小配料都是师傅们自己制做的，好吃😋这一餐有惊艳到我 必回头☺️
师傅steven更是态度非常好，食物分量师傅也是不吝啬。只要说喜欢吃的 师傅都不会手软，当然服务生小姐姐的态度也好好 很有耐性和我们讲解每一样食物。
