We were in KL for a few days abd wanted something exquisite. This place came up in our search.

The service is impeccable, rest assured.

Design and atmosphere are classy. View is phenomenal too.

Went for a tasting menu and wine pairing and it didn’t disappoint (maybe the wine pairing could have been better and a little more quantity).

But overall price paid, service and quality was worth it.

Today, January 19, I had the pleasure of celebrating a truly memorable birthday lunch at Sabayon @ EQ Kuala Lumpur, thoughtfully arranged by my wife. The experience was a perfect blend of exceptional food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that exudes elegance.

The setting was breathtaking, with its sophisticated decor and stunning city views, creating the ideal backdrop for a special celebration. The food was equally impressive, with each dish prepared to perfection—flavorful, artfully presented, and showcasing the chef’s passion for culinary excellence.

What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service provided by Mick. Not only was he attentive and professional, but he also added a unique and personal touch to the celebration. With his rich baritone voice, Mick serenaded me with a heartfelt birthday song that elevated the experience to another level. His warm personality and exceptional hospitality made this a birthday to remember.

Sabayon @ EQ Kuala Lumpur has set the gold standard for dining experiences. This birthday lunch was not just a meal but a cherished memory. A huge thank you to Mick and the entire team for making it so extraordinary. I can’t wait to return!

If you are looking for a fine dining experience in KL, I would highly recommend Sabayon.

From the beautiful views of the KL skyline, top notch service and exquisite execution of each dish I could have not been more than happier (particularly the Wagyu Sirloin which was excellent).

Mick and the team were highly attentive to our needs and requests as well.

It is a really nice place to do celebration and the service is excellent. The food was well curated and tasty.

For first timer, it can be awesome to start the dinner slightly earlier to enjoy a sunset and a night view of KL city.

Love the reception corner for a galaxy backdrop; it speaks to ladies who like to take pictures. 😉
