One of the few favourite places I like to head over to in PJ for good coffee, attentive service, nice quality food and comfy ambience which is good for work. Their signatures on their menu are crepes, in variety of versions to choose from savoury to sweet. Personally like their Big Breakfast Crepe, Eggcited over cheese, and Shore to please in savoury section; for sweet treat I enjoy their Dark Side, Purple Rage and Adam's Sin, which are not too sweet but interesting flavours. Their lunch and dinner hours are pretty crowded but once they have extended and renovated their outlet, it's more spacious and it's able to cater more guests.

The crepes here are amazing! The first time I tried the crepes at this lovely cafe, I couldn't stop talking about it. The crepes here is what the place is known for and they have it in both savory and sweet! For the savory crepe, I ordered Shore To Please which was a crepe with salted egg and shrimp filling. I absolutely loved the combination of flavors and how it left me really satisfied. Of course I would never have left without my desserts. My friends and I shared three which were the Spongebob's Crib, Purple Rage and The Dark Side. I loved them all! Service here was on the slow side as it was a full house. Overall, I really liked the crepes and their latte was good too. Thumbs up for that!

"No strangers, only friends we haven't met" Loves the phrase by the Strangers at 47. I don't know what is the number 47 stands for but I guess that we will start to make friends by the age of 47. I guess lah. Well, I got myself here as soon as I saw there are parking available for my car. It's hard to park at this area actually. I went alone for brunch because I expected to meet a stranger that later would become a friend of mine but turns out that everybody inside the building were anti-social and busy whorshipping their smartphones and tablets. Well, I think I should bring along my board games later. The BBC set is highly recommended. Generous in portions and highly-done in plating skills. Not a coffee person so I went with the Camille Tea. Since the portions were too large, I skipped both my lunch and tea time that day. You should come here and grab a seat of yourself. ( If you manage to park your cars )

The name might be "Strangers at 47", but the café is definitely no strangers for a lot of people, especially those in the PJ area. Founded on May 2014, the café has quickly gained a lot of loyal customers and also got listed as one of the most enjoyable new cafes in Time Out KL 2014. The café serve a selection of savoury and sweet crepes, and they were very creative in their creation too. During my last visit, Joe and I had their Matcha - green tea crepe, green tea mascarpone, vanilla ice cream, chocolate flakes and red beans. This is definitely a dessert for green tea lovers. The crepe was thin and perfectly prepared, and we were able to taste the green tea in every bite. The green tea crepe had a slight bitterness to it, but the sweetness of the ice cream balanced it out very well. We did not try their savoury crepe, but this is definitely top on my list on my next visit. Their savoury selections come with cheese, yay! If you haven't visit the café yet, then maybe you really should drop by and give it a try. They provide friendly service too - honk twice if it's raining and you need an umbrella.

One Friday, me and my colleague decided to go out for a drink (coffee, not alcohol) after dinner. But we were out of idea where to go. Then, we found this newly open cafe, Strangers at 47. The ambiance of the cafe was alright, quite soothing. Great place to hang out over coffee. Half way through I saw this beautiful waitress that look very familiar. I squeeze my brain juice to recall, who is this..... Then I remember....Xandria Ooi! (Her husband was there too). Non of my colleague knows who she is because they are mostly into 'Chinese' local artist while Xandria is more to the 'English' channels if you get what I mean. Wasn't very sure whether this is her cafe but I was quite honored and I would say lucky to be serve by a local celebrity. She was very friendly too. Well, if you wana bump into her, do drop by for a cuppa coffee.

Having to hear alot about strangers @ 47, we found the urge to drive all the way to the cafe to have a try on their coffee and dessert. The place is quite spacious with clean toilets. Sat down and was presented with their menu. Simple and nice. Ordered a hot mocha and their famous crepe dark chocolate crepe. There were quite alot of other savory crepes offered but we were on our sweet tooth moment. Will definately be back to try their salty crepe. Pros and cons, their crepe is to die for. Not too sweet just nice with their soft buttery crepes. However their coffee is not to my liking. Definaty go there for their crepes not coffee.

We (C, YH, JB and I) were here for my birthday celebration a couple of months ago. The parking here is horrible. Lucky for C and I, we managed to find parking in a hiffy jiffy. :) The choices are alright (Sufficient enough to choose and not confusing). They are famous for crepes. So we had those. One was the Adam's Sin and the other was something like a breakfast crepe with steak in it. The food was good. I really liked the Adam's sin as the filling was quite simple and not too sweet for my taste The service was really fast and efficient as such the waiter/waitress were helpful to notice things such as lack of cutleries, plates and napkins. Overall, it was pretty good. :) will drop by again when I have the time and when parking is not so crazy.

Food: 5/5 Decor: 4/5 Service: 5/5 I knew from posts on Facebook and Instagram that a dear friend of mine from secondary school started a cafe in Klang Valley with a very interesting name - Strangers @ 47. Their main dish was crepe. They offered both sweet and savoury crepe and some cakes as dessert. I wasn't a big fan of crepe. After I tried the crepes in Strangers @ 47, I realised I didn't like crepe simply because I haven't tasted the crepes in Strangers. It was so delicious and I craved it so much that I returned again the following weekend to try out other crepes. My favourite crepe was Shore to Please where it is filled with tiger prawns, battered squid, salted egg yolk, spinach, caramelised onions and roasted cherry tomatoes. You have to try it for yourself to know how delicious it tastes. I've always wanted to try their sweet crepe but I'm so full after having a whole savoury crepe to myself. I really wanted to try their home-made cake as well but the crepe portion is often so generous that I wont have enough capacity in my stomach for anything else. My very generous friend gave us a portion of sweet potatoes fries on our first visit, after which I fell in love with the fries and my meal at Strangers will feel incomplete without ordering the sweet potato fries.

Food: 5/5 Decor: 4/5 Service: 5/5 I was very impressed by the food served in Strangers @ 47. I liked those restaurants or cafes with really simple menu. It made me feel that they are being really focused in making those limited selection of food taste really good. Strangers @ 47 is a very good example of that. Though their menu was simple and only consist of crepes. I am yet to taste any crepes in Strangers that disappoint me. My personal favourite is A Hen's Crush - a chili-flaked crepe filled with generous amount of juicy pan seared chicken, hash brown, capsicum, cucumber and onion salad. I am really satisfied with the food! The decoration in Strangers was simple but friendly. The customer service was really good too! I remembered seeing a customer who accidentally dropped his cutlery and even before the customer waved for extra set of cutlery, the staff in Strangers were already passing him a clean set. Definitely a cafe that we'll often visit!
