We went for lunch on a friday. Felt lonely as we were the only guests 😄.Reception was good and gave us comfortable seating. Food was good. Liked the noodles and dessert. Dimsum were good for a try. The complimentary fortune cookie combo was interesting to experience. Overall a good experience but
little expensive though

Last night, my colleagues and I had the pleasure of dining at Ba Ban and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience, thanks to both the incredible food and the exceptional service provided by Paul.

The culinary journey began with a selection of traditional Chinese appetizers that set the tone for the evening. We started with the dumplings, which were perfectly steamed and packed with flavor. The crispy spring rolls were also a hit.The Peking Duck, however, stole the show. The skin was crispy, and the meat was succulent, wrapped in thin pancakes with hoisin sauce and sliced green onions. Each dish was a testament to the chef's expertise and attention to detail.

What truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service provided by Paul.He was incredibly accommodating and patient, ensuring that all our requests were met with a warm smile. Not only did he expertly guide us through the menu with recommendations tailored to our tastes, but he also went above and beyond by acting as our photographer and videographer for the night😆

Our dinner was an exceptional experience, marked by delicious food and exemplary service. It was a lovely night that we will cherish, thanks in large part to Paul's efforts. Delicious Yum Cha brunch - each dish was just delicious and well-portioned so you definitely get value for your money. The mains were particularly delicious, especially the lobster udon noodles, the broccoli and the mapo tofu. The dessert platter was amazing to finish it all off. Service was impeccable, our server Janka was very friendly, attentive and able to accommodate dietary requirements (including changes to the menu). The decor is lovely, especially in the outdoor area. Highly recommend going for the Yum Cha brunch, hope to be back soon!

The restaurant makes a very good impression. We had dim sum, beef and shrimps, and then sweet and sour chicken and shrimps with seafood rice. We have enjoyed every single bit. Amazing food! Also, staff is very friendly.

A truly one of a kind Chinese food experience in Oman. The menu, although  small, has a beautiful variety.  The Supreme dim sum platter is a good option. The lobster noodles are amazing and very filling. Desert options were plenty in addition to the fortune cookie of course. A must try experience. Prices are on the higher side. The Ambience is beautiful and the service is exceptional. The Presentation was also great. Going back again to try the rest of the menu for sure.
