Ambience.

I think the place has a good ambience. Space is wide, high ceiling, spanish inspired looks. Food though? I don't think it was that worth for me.

We ordered the chicken tenders, the El Jefe bread, Nilumpiang Longganisa (which was basically a burrito), Kape Samalamig, Tsoknut, and Bibingka Buco flavor.

The Jefe bread was a little salty even as a sandwhich. I think the meat was more suited for rice? It was pricy at 494php. The Kape Samalamig was a feast for the eyes. It had a grand entrance which was brought with a warm pandan milk and the coffee was infused into the ice. The ice was actually shaped as coffee beans! It had an okay taste, but presentation well done! They also gave us free puto seko, which I was appreciative for. Thank you, Amadeo Artisano.

The Nilumpiang Longganisa was basically a burrito. I didn't taste much of the Longganisa, but overall the taste was good.  The downside however, it it's the portion. A little too small for my liking. The tsoknut was good, but not noteworthy.

The chicken tenders however was noteworthy, in the sense that you need to note it's portion is tiny! I think they only gave us 5pcs of small chicken breast battered and breaded then fried kind of food. The chips on the side was a little bit of saving grace.

The bibingka was sublime! No further discussions needed. Order it. It had the creme brule treatment.

The place closes early. I don't think this is for dinner since they close 7pm and last orders at 6:15pm.

Service was excellent though, the waiter/waitress was very attentive to our needs. They even brought the QR for us to pay even without us telling them. I also noticed there's no one else beside us that night. Maybe business was slow? They even had to open the main lights for us.

They have spacious parking.
CR is clean with bidet!

Overall my experience was:
Food - 6/10
Place - 8/10
Price - 6/10

Would recommend for the experience, but maybe not for "to repeat".

It was hard to find a good breakfast place in Tagaytay and we're really happy to come across this place. The ambiance is absolutely wonderful. The food, while on the pricier side, was well worth it with generous servings and delicious flavors. The coffee was excellent too! The staff were very attentive, and our food was served quickly. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a peaceful and refreshing spot to enjoy your breakfast in Tagaytay.

This is heaven for coffee lovers 🤎 Amadeo specializes in coffee and this cafe/restaurant/coffee farm offers only the best coffee beans.

They have an interesting specialty coffee selection with each drink having its own story, making it a unique experience in itself. I ordered Kapeng Samalamig and although a bit pricey, it was worth the try. The combination of pandan milk and coffee was delicious! The rest of the specialty drinks we ordered were also great. The food was good as well, but my mom said the tocino/longganisa had too much fat.

The atmosphere was nice and tranquil. Very pleasant dining experience! P.S. Their coffee farm is open for group tours:)

Coffee is really their especially, but the place is truly so great. It has a character on its own that set it aside from the rest, the place is truly a coffee farm that has several years of family generations on its belt 😀 the place is pet friendly too
