Our family enjoyed having dinner here. The stars of our meal are the mushroom comte hazelnut and chicken cauliflower sage. Their house sourdough has a good crunchy crust and it was served hot. Other dishes (meatballs with arugula, salmon head with curry) were also satisfactory but not my faves. Serving sizes are adequate for 3 of us for sharing since we ordered multiple dishes. Servers were very attentive as well. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Great experience with Ember, had a great evening! Lamb is also a bit too fatty to liking with little portion of meat.

Attention to detail could have been improved.

We mentioned it was to celebrate my birthday but we didn’t get any simple gesture or greeting where-as the table beside us got a slice of cake.

I've been to Ember twice already and found both instances quite delightful with the service making sure we understand how each dish was made. Even if it looks complex you will still be able to distinguish each component of the dish.

The food was delicious and the serving size was more than enough. The plating for the tuna and radish was amazing and the sourdough bread was really good. Apple was also very attentive to our needs and provided great and pleasant service. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. Everyone explained the dishes well and was knowledgeable about the menu. Great experience.

From time to time we usually dine here. Among his restaurants I think Ember is the best. But kinda have mixed feelings about tonight’s food.

Melon, serrano ham - we usually order this but the ham seems to be a bit off. Previous ones were better.

Raw tuna was okay

Salmon, watercress - we always order this. Very good

Lamb chops - quality of meat was not good. Half meat half fat. The flavors were on point!

Carrots, honey and all spice - order this! Even though a bit pricey.

Overall a good meal but kinda felt like a decline in the overall quality of the food.

Also you will smell the smokiness inside. Same as the one in rockwell. Im not sure not if it’s intentionally made.
