The food was amazing from appetizers down to desserts. Every first bite we had felt like an adventure and it was such an enjoying food experience—it exceeded our expectations. Been to a lot of fine dining, some had an aesthetic restaurant but the food wasn’t that great, but Test Kitchen was really worth it! I never post reviews in google, but this time I had to because it was that good. The servers were attentive and very professional. The atmosphere was calming and gave a sense of exclusivity. We really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary because of these. They even gave us a complimentary dessert to greet us on our anniversary (so thoughtful) ❤️ We highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved our dinner here! Food was really really good and the staff was really nice. Special thanks to Diane for waiting on us and for being so nice! Would love to comeback so we can try the duck prosciutto toast and charcoal and roe next time!

Food is excellent as always. Cured Hamachi remains a highlight. Tried Ricotta, prosciutto tortellini for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with how lovely they’ve made it. Raw beef was a dark horse, adding popcorn is a choice but it works decently here.

We had the pleasure of enjoying the Degustations Menü yesterday, and it was an exceptional experience. Every dish was carefully crafted, and the flavors were absolutely delicious. The staff was outstanding – not only were they attentive and friendly, but they also gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how they cure the meat and prepare the dishes, which added a personal touch to our visit. The only thing I missed was wine pairings with the menu, as some wine recommendations would have enhanced the overall experience. Still, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

I was so happy that my best friend asked me to dine here at a random day. There were only a few of us so the place really gives off that good ambiance.

I was never a fan of butter until I went to Paris last year but I was so happy that I found one of the best tasting butters in Manila through Test Kitchen, the sourdough was amazing too.

The beef tartare was so good. The texture of the raw beef paired with popcorn complemented each other. I can eat both this and the sourdough with butter forever.

The wagyu beef cheek melted in my mouth and the tortellini tastes so well too.

Fiel and Trish were so impressive too during our dinner. There was never a time that our glasses were not refilled with water and even if we didn’t try the tasting menu, everything was explained so well.

I love my first experience here. Will go back for the rest of the menu and the sourdough and butter too!
