It took a long time for our food to arrive, and when we were ready to pay, the staff didn’t acknowledge me when I was standing right in front of the counter. Food-wise, the roasted duck was decent, but the dumplings, which we wanted as an appetizer, came last. The experience was frustrating, and the service issues overshadowed the food quality.

First and last time going here. The order came out in dribs and drabs, the final main almost 40 minutes after ordering. Most of the food was cold. Lots of bones in the duck and not very tasty. Beef was about half meat and half fat. Chicken not fully cooked and cold. Small servings too.

I tried their Ayala Manila Bay branch. I ordered roast duck, char siew, and roselle tea. The duck was perfectly roasted, tender, a little sweet. And the pork was also good and tender. Roselle tea tastes like beet but there's some sweetness in it. It is really affordable given that it has a Michellin star. Their hainanese chicken is very tender and flavorful. And their fried rice is also very good. Finally, they have a branch in Cebu.

Service is poor. Food takes too long to be cooked and serve. Staffs are not accommodating and there's this girl in front that has an attitude. I think the employees need to practice customer service and respect. By far, this is the worst branch I've ever encountered. Will not recommend to anyone and will not go back.

Had to review this branch.

I've been to numerous Hawker Chan so I always thought that they maintain their quality regardless of branches. But this by far was the worse of all I've tried.

The soya chicken was small compared to others. The duck was pink eith hints of red on inner parts which was way different than usual so I had to return the food and they replaced the duck. The staff are hard to approach I guess everyone's tired as there were lines of people.

But comeone water arrived after we ate everything, we asked for chopsticks for 3 people, we were onyl given 2 and took a while to give the other chopsticks.

The noodles were bland and I wasn't able to finish it ( a first for me! I really love their noodles!). And i dont really know if they just reheat everything but they should do better job at reheating, the noodles aside from being bland was hard 😅 not undercooked but hard left at room temp for a while.
We also asked for additional wonton that was tiny.

Guess we'd try to avoid this branch in the near future. Hope their service improve.
