It was a very memorable experience because of how everybody treated us during our dinner. Their staff was top tier. Everything that was served was a revelation. Every meal was an eye candy and more importantly the taste was extraordinary. You’ll not expect that the chef can turn a local ingredient to something sooo outstanding. We loved the abalone. The taste was out of this world and we were really amazed how the chef pulled it off. As per the dessert, the strawberry taho topped our list.  It was by far the BEST. Thank you Taupe for the experience. Thank you Chef Francis for letting us enjoy your talent and masterpieces.

Wow, what an amazing dining experience at their Power Plant Mall location! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the quality and creativity of the food were top-notch. We were fortunate to meet Chef Francis and Mike, who were both incredibly warm and welcoming. Service was excellent from start to finish.

Although we didn’t have a reservation, one of the staff members went above and beyond to find us a spot between bookings—such a thoughtful gesture that made our night even better. I can’t wait to return the next time I’m in Manila, especially to try their tasting menu!

We had high expectations for this restaurant, and I’m thrilled to say they exceeded them in every way—far surpassing even some Michelin-starred dining experiences I've had. We visited to celebrate my 40th birthday (one of several celebrations, haha), and our standout dishes were the pandesal flan, which offered a delightful play on flavor and texture, and the street basket, a comforting choice. The dishes were also beautifully presented which elevated the menu.

The service was exceptional; we felt the genuine warmth from the staff, which is essential in the hospitality industry. The restaurant's interiors were beautiful, creating a nice ambiance that complemented the experience. They also surprised us with a birthday cake, adding a special touch that made the evening memorable.

I loved the stories shared behind each dish. They added depth and heart to the dishes, elevating it beyond mere technical excellence. One piece of feedback I have is regarding the abalone; it would be more thoughtful to slice it into 2-3 pieces for easier enjoyment. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend!

Exceptional food, top-notch service, and a delightful ambiance.

I initially thought we might leave feeling unsatisfied, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Every dish—from start to finish—was an absolute treat. While everything was delicious, the standouts for us were the Pandesal Flan, Iberico Secreto, Scallops & Champagne, and the Pudding.

An unforgettable dining experience—highly recommend!

Everything we ate here was heavenly.

-36 hour kurobuta with a sauce that's similar to a light ramen
-Tiger prawn pasta (wife ordered and said "sobrang sarap")
-Mixed green salad which was very fresh amplified by the sauce
-the cheesecake which has flan like consistency
-bibingka with its unique presentation and the perfect way to end a meal with.

The bad:
-I felt as we were seated in the couch that that the staff were not that attentive. I had to make an effort to ensure someone would go to us for our additional orders
- our cocktails were served late (already after we finished our main course)
