A fantastic and pleasant restaurant right in the middle of Qatar's legendary Souq Waqif. It really comes alive at night and the atmosphere is unforgettable. Here you can really relax and enjoy your free time. The staff was really professional and friendly and I received the very best hospitality from every single member of the team. I always love the hospitality of countries like Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait or the UAE. After tasting possibly the best chicken of my life (Shish taouk) I came back every night. Every time there was something to taste and I got to know a lot of traditional delicacies from the Arab world. I certainly haven't been here for the last time and I look forward to my next visit.

The place is very near to the road which was previously known as Arab Bank Roundabout.

Good vibes, beautiful interior, excellent customer service, above average food and nice shisha. They also had portable ACs infront of each table which really really helped.

No indoor smoking.

We took Hawashi for starters and went for mix grill and lemonade as per the suggestions of the waitress.
Hawashi was excellent, actually one of the best ones I have had so far in Qatar. A plate of 8 pcs = 35 QAR.
I wanted to try chops since I heard alot about it from around and the waitress suggested as well. But Chops wont fill my appetite so went for mix grill and bbq so good, very good infact it is just I felt that kebabs were not as good as expected. Even the chop was okayish - however, far better than most of the restaurants around! Mix grill plate = 65 QAR
Lemonade was a nightmare honestly, super soury! = 16 QAR
Shisha was good, the shisha maker did a good job in checking and making the shisha. = 60 QAR

Service overall was excellent, the place gets the full score in terms of location and vibes, hands down!

Lovely meal. Stuffed pigeon with rice. The meal became awesome when the manager suggested I eat with my fingers and gave me gloves to do just that. Silly me forgot to take pictures coz it went down real quick 😀

The Karak tea .. excellent. At least that I had the presence of mind to take a photo.

As a big fan of Egyptian food, I was keen to try this and it didn’t disappoint. I went as a solo traveller at dinner (but soon joined by a feline companion!) and they really looked after me. Gave recommendations on how much to order for one person, what to get alongside the dish I knew I absolutely wanted (Koshari) and the food was great although bigger than the waiter had indicated! Would absolutely recommend.

Enjoyable Egyptian food try the fava beans in any cooking style. The shakshoka was not great, but the staff is welcoming and the atmosphere is ok. They are also known for baking their own bread which usually comes hot and fresh.
