I redeemed the vouchers from Gardenia lucky draw and the process online and on-site was seamless. My children had loads of fun and burned a lot of energy.

The crew coordinated each area well and my children were able to play in every area. Two hours was definitely more than enough and the bouncing tired them out. They remained watchful and made sure that only one jumped on each trampoline.

There is no need to reach 15 minutes earlier for the briefing as the children were briefly briefed during the issue of their tags and when the time reached, they were allowed entry while the previous batch of people left.

Fantastic place for the kids to have fun and expand their energy! Need to queue for the doge ball and other stations. each set is 5mins. Grip socks $3 are not included from ticket price. Remember to bring yours along if you have them.

Good place to bounce, trampoline material are pretty good compare to other trampoline place. Staff are alert at all times and they are very strict able safety, which is a good thing!! Who wants to leave the place injured? You are suppose to have fun instead of injury. So good job to the staff. Their approach is also in a good manner. Everyone there is helpful.
So 10/10. Thumbs up
If you want to bounce, get a group of 4 to get promotion or join the membership. Is better to book in advance as you wont know when will be crowded

We recently hosted a children's birthday party with Bounce, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff did an outstanding job with the planning and coordination. From the moment I confirmed the event, they maintained regular communication through calls and emails, ensuring every detail was in place for a smooth event. On the day of the party, the host was excellent, managing both the schedule and the children seamlessly, which greatly alleviated our stress and allowed us to enjoy the day.

Great place. Beginner friendly. Staff are professional and helpful, especially when my friend had a fall. Want to commend one of the staff member, Pang Zan for going above and beyond in his customer service. Using his knowledge as a sports masseuse to administer help to her. Even offered his own personal KT tape. 👍
