I normally don't write google reviews but in this case I've never come across a staff so rude that I just have to let others know.

We went to Campers' Corner to get some winter gear for our trip. I had to park and my wife went ahead to shop first. She was carrying an umbrella as it was raining and there was no in door carpark.

This staff, upon seeing my wife with the wet umbrella, told her to, I quote "get out" of the store. The words itself are rude but I'll let that slide as it is store policy and maybe he had a poor upbringing that didn't teach him manners.

As my wife, pregnant at the time, with the store already crowded and having 2 flights of stairs, was already making her way out of the store... this already rude staff decides to take it up a notch by asking her to "hurry up" while she is already being blocked by multiple other customers during rush hour.

When I came in with my wife, he only "apologised" (doubt he was sincere) when he was told my wife was pregnant. Setting aside pregnancy and rudeness... isn't it too much to ask for some common courtesy for your CUSTOMER when they are already complying with shop rules and traveling as fast as they can? My wife did not even stop to browse or purposely delay leaving the store.

Take heed consumers. Unless you are visibly pregnant.... Be prepared to be chased out of the store like a unwanted pests if you do not comply with their store rules. I sincerely hope this guy is the exception and not the rule for staff members in this store.

Got great climbing shoes and climbing harnesses here; super convenient to try on both. They were really helpful in advising on sizing and different climbing shoe and harness types/needs etc. And they have a fantastic setup that allows you to actually try out the weight bearing qualities of their selection of climbing harness - you can sit in them while suspended to see how comfortable the fit is, which is super important. You can’t really know how you’re going to like a harness until you’re actually hanging in one to see how the shape and fit cuts into your body and molds to it/your weight. This shop also has a better selection of overall outdoor goods and equipment, more diverse than most of the other shops I’ve been to in SH

I was here for Chaco hiking sandals. Two female staffs were very helpful, advising the right fit and showing sale items. One of them even helped to stitch the strap. I had a good experience here. Wish that the shop open earlier in the morning instead of 12pm. I hope someday CCOO will open a branch in Malaysia as well

The shopping experience is very poor. You need to spend 15 Singapore dollars to buy a bag at checkout. This price is unreasonable. I will complain to the Singapore government and tourism departments. And those shop assistants laughed at me for not knowing the rules since it was my first time in Singapore. When I go to any store in Singapore and buy it for just $1 or a few cents, I need a paper bag. Their attitude is so bad, I will also complain to the tourism bureau about your behavior. It's simply a forced sale with arbitrary charges, and you can't take anything away even if you don't buy it.

Very pleasant experience both times we visited the place. They have the largest selection of Arc’teryx gear even when compared to stores in the US and Europe. The staff there are all very helpful and genuinely happy to help you out with stuff. They always go the extra mile to help with fitting and suggestions for what gear to get depending on where you’re going. One of the best shop in Singapore for outdoor gear.
