Went there for new year eve dinner. The service was fantastic. Warm welcome by the staff and arranged at the communal high table (shared with others). It was actually quite okay throughout, as we didn’t feel awkward sitting with strangers and the waitresses serving the food course by course to make sure we have enough space. They don’t have many on the food menu, but every dish we ordered we loved it. Especially the seafood paella was a flavourful savoury dish. The roasted cauliflower was impressive too, we asked for the pesto and cheese flakes to put aside. We were surprised how tasty the pesto sauce when it paired with the cauliflower and pine nuts. The Sangria was good, but it’s not the best I had in Singapore. They have quite interesting cocktail list, I would love to try others next time. Overall it’s enjoyable and I will definitely go back again.

Been here multiple times and I can’t believe I’ve yet to give this place a review. My all time favorite Spanish restaurant in Singapore. They used to have their squid ink paella which was the best paella I ever tasted (of course not comparing to Spain). Pretty bummed they removed it but their other tapas are nonetheless still delicious!

3.5 stars. The portions were tiny but most of the food was good! I really liked the octopus as it was so easy to chew and tasty. The truffle croquettes were delicious and I wanted more! As for the tapas, I was pleasantly surprised by how flavourful it was. The foie gras was also very smooth.

As for the paella, I was left unimpressed because I felt that the flavour for everything inside (the rice, scallops, prawns etc) appeared to be very one dimensional. The suckling pig was rather underwhelming, and the prawns with chilli was something that I felt my mum could cook.

Note: The deco was quite interesting but I found the heads to be a little creepy. Some people may find it a work of art I guess, but not me! I must also say that the service wasn't that good. They were a bit too eager to clear our plates at times and when we were discussing what to order, a service staff stood next to us the entire time, which was quite uncomfortable.

Every starter, main dish and paella was excellent. Blown away by each dish!! The best Spanish food ive tried in Sg thus far.

Desserts are too sweet for my palate.

Will definitely be back to try the others.

Also, the service here is excellent. Friendly and extremely attentive staff!

FOC Restaurant on Hong Kong Street exceeded our expectations! The roast suckling pig was melt-in-your-mouth tender with crispy skin, and the seafood Paella was fresh and flavorful. But what really stood out was the exceptional service - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff made our birthday celebration truly special. Highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience! 5 stars

Second visit was also amazing. Was there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The crew was very warm and welcoming to our return. And again the food didn’t disappoint. We went for almost all the tapas which was so excitingly delicious and creative which was delight your senses in many ways! Lastly the happy anniversary dessert was a pleasant surprise! Thank you and well done!
