Saw this in early March. This monument is a life sized bust of Ho Chi Minh probably at his most recognisable with his long chin beard. Next to the bust is a plaque with a small biography of his life in both English and Vietnamese. He has a small connection to this place when he tried to reach Soviet Union via Singapore, but was deported to Hong Kong instead.
