This is my first bowl of soup from this stall after reading their good reviews. It didn't disappoint. Indeed the soup is very tasty and authentic. The portion is generous and chilli is good. The organs had no smell and were cleaned thoroughly. Love the salted vege in the soup as well.

According to my mum, this store typically had snaking long queues. However, pig organ soup might not be the default dish that younger generations turn to as it wasn’t crowded when we went. I found the broth to be very flavorful, peppery/sour-ish and sweet. It paired so well with the rice that I wanted to finish a whole bowl by myself (I typically take half rice portion). The rice sausage (pictured top left) is subject to availability and comes with a sweet black sauce. It is stuffed with mini chestnut / pork pieces and has a slightly chewy texture. Although not complementary to the main dish, it makes for a good side snack. We even ordered a second portion after finishing our meal.

Side note - Things worked out for us as we managed to secure a cooling seat, which makes up only a small proportion of the entire hawker, therefore not sweating while consuming a hot bowl of soup.

The soup taste ok but lack depth (tasted more like a stock than an actual soup). For a $5 bowl I would say the amount of ingredients is quite generous. The chilli were excellent but look like they were diluted to save cost. Otherwise still a good bowl of pig organ soup by today's standard.

This is one of the best pig organ soup stall in Singapore. It was sometime ago since I was here the last time for pig organ soup. Ordered 1 big and 2 small soup with 3 rice for 3 person. The soup has lots of salted vegetable and is a bit salty if you are not that into it. But I would say it’s not too bad. The soup is clear and has some sweetness to it as well.
