What are the operating hours of Les Amis?

 Les Amis operates daily with lunch service from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and dinner service from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

 Yes, standard corkage charges apply. For the first two 750ml bottles of wine, the fee is SGD 200++ per bottle; for the third and subsequent bottles, it's SGD 300++ per bottle.

 Children aged 10 years and above are welcome. Children under 10 are not permitted.

Flawless in execution of a perfect fine dining experience.

Les Amis stands as a legend of the fine dining scene, being one of the pioneers of this space and establishing itself as a top class restaurant, standing above many. Only a few can stand up to this name.

Service is top notch and everything is curated for the best dining pleasure. Classic French cuisine at its best that will definitely tantalize those taste buds.

Shelling out $700-800 is well worth it for the full course menu. They have smaller menu options but even with those, I saw people walking out with loosen belts. You’d get value way beyond your money.

It's a 3 Michelin Star restaurant.

So... you know how this review is gonna go. Having said that, I've been to a few in my time but this is the first time I've come away from a fine dining restaurant stuffed and so full.

The portion sizes were very generous and there were many samplers in between that were not on the menu.

But be ready to spend a good dime for the experience.

Service was exceptional. Felt really well taken care of before, throughout and after the meal. All of the staff make sure you are having a great experience. We went for the tasting menu with the classic wine pairing and really enjoyed all the dishes. The mushroom, Hokkaido scallop and wagyu beef dishes were standouts for us. Well balanced dishes with complex flavours. It is a lot of food though, so be prepared. The only minor thing that detracted for me was that I felt the lighting was a bit too harsh in the room, but this is really nit-picking. All in all amazing experience. Will definitely go again.

The food was rich and delicious. Dishes like the Asian-style noodles, Mimosa egg and lobster with beurre blanc were particular standouts. I liked how while the food was mainly French, there were subtle Asian influences across the menu as this made the cuisine more interesting. The dessert was visually appealing. I liked the atmosphere and decor too.

The service was slightly overattentive. The only real issue was the pricing. Obviously a 3 Michelin Star restaurant isn’t cheap but the price I paid here was simply too much. Almost every other 3 star restaurant I’ve been to cost nowhere near as much as this place did.
