From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, elegant atmosphere that sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and perfectly timed. As for the food, it was beyond exceptional; every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that every detail is carefully considered, from the ingredients to the preparation. Although it’s expected at this price range, the experience still exceeded all my expectations. Five stars without a doubt!

And just when you thought the experience couldn’t get any better, the restroom adds a unique touch. The Toto toilet, complete with its own wireless remote control, took the experience to another level. Every function was adjustable, from seat temperature to bidet settings, making it feel like an indulgence in itself. It’s those thoughtful details that elevate the entire visit.

I can't recommend this place enough! What made the entire dining experience truly exceptional was how well they executed the small details. From impeccable service to the outstanding quality of food, every aspect was thoughtfully curated. The seafood platter, lobster bisque, and sea trout were all fantastic, but the highlight for me was their thick-cut fries—easily the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly crisp on the outside, moist on the inside, and served with high-quality tomato sauce.

That said, I felt the linguine’s flavor was a little too robust for my liking, and the burger lacked the rich, indulgent greasiness I usually enjoy in a good burger—though those are just my personal preferences.

The ambience was cosy and relatively private, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. I’ll definitely be back to try the filet mignon next!

•	HOMARD | BISQUE: This Maine Lobster Soup was simply divine. The creamy bisque, enriched with Armagnac, offered a deep, luxurious flavor profile that paired beautifully with the potato and leek components. The crème fraîche and chive oil provided the perfect finishing touch.

•	SOUPE À L’OIGNON: A comforting classic elevated to new heights. The beef consommé was flavorful and perfectly complemented by aged Gruyère.

•	CARABINEIROS | LINGUINE: The Mediterranean deep-sea prawn took center stage in this dish. Paired with perfectly al dente artisanal linguine, the tangy and briny Puttanesca sauce balanced the sweetness of the prawn effortlessly. Truly a masterpiece of flavors.

•	BAR | BLACK PEPPER: The confit Chilean seabass was delicate, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture, perfectly paired with aromatic claypot rice and sausage. The bold black pepper sauce added a delightful kick, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.

•	CITRON | PISTACHE: The perfect finale to an exceptional meal. This dessert featured smooth ricotta gelato, nutty Sicilian pistachio chantilly, tangy lemon gel, and delicate meringue. Not only was it visually stunning, but it was also the best dessert I’ve had at Marina Bay Sands to date!

•	MADELEINES: They offered these complimentary, and they were a real treat. Warm and with a light lemon zest flavor, they were so addictive!

Special mention to Michelle, who provided exceptional service throughout the evening. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made our experience feel truly special. Her recommendations were spot on, and her warm demeanor added a personal and memorable touch to the evening.

Maison Boulud delivers on all fronts—exceptional food, stunning ambiance, and world-class service. It’s a culinary gem and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining and exemplary hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

The food was nice but the whole ambiance was just amazing experience.

We had table of 4 and service was one of the top top!

Everything arrived fast and tasty.
The staff clean the table after every course.

The food presentation is just wow.

One of the most beautifully decorated restaurant i have been. I really love how homely and comfortable it feels to be in the restaurant. They serve a brunch menu on weekends and start slightly earlier at 1130. The brunch menu consists of an appetiser, a main course and a dessert. The appetisers are exceptionally well done. The tatare was well seasoned and compliment with good sauce to balance the flavour. Not forget the portion was generous as well. Every sip of the lobster soup promised a full bodied flavour infused with so much lobster unami. The jumbo shrimp cocktail guaranteed huge prawns that were very fresh and crunchy meat. Generous serving.

The main course is more disappointment. The stewed chicken has a bitter aftertaste from the wine. For me, I thought they could balance the seasoning better to reduce the bitterness. The salmon main course portion looked very small esp when compared to the appetiser. The mussel was disappointed because the meat was very small.

The dessert was decent and not exceptionally good. The croissant was crispy , fragrant and not overly oily.

In summary, the brunch menu at 88++ is still worth it given the value of the dishes. If you had ordered ala carte it would easily cost much more.

The restaurant is spread across 2 floors with entrances on each floor. Level 1 offers a view of the promenade. Basement is more cozy. I also like it they have their own toilet within the restaurant.

Staff are super professional and well trained. Love their service.
