Way overpriced Indian food with nice environment, probably only for the tourists.

The food is mediocre only comparing to the price. We had high expectations especially for their signature curry fish head, turned out the fish meat is not fresh and has strange sour and bitter taste. We requested for an exchange and the taste is still the same.

Service is horrible too, when you order stuffs or asked for exchange, they are black faced all the way without any words.

The food was delicious, but we believe it is overpriced unnecessarily. The good part about the restaurant is that the food items have been kept on display so that you can see and order the food. It is famous for Fish head curry. We ordered 4-5 items and we got the bill for SG$ 118, which we found to be very expensive. It is not worth the money for the service, experience, and ambience. The staffs were polite, but the service was a bit slow. For Indian tourists, do not get trapped by Insta blogger reviews - you can get much better food in India at this price. Overall, it was an okay experience.

We visited Muthu's Curry for a team lunch with a group of 14. Known for its Fish Head Curry, we ordered 4 fish curries, chicken chukka, tiger prawn kebabs, mutton masala, seafood sizzlers, a naan basket, paneer makhni, gobi manchurian, veg biryani, nattu kozhi biryani, coconut water, lime sodas, and mango lassis.

The Fish Head Curry was decent, with a bit of spice that added flavour, though I felt it was a bit overpriced for the portion. Still, it was enjoyable.

The mutton biryani, however, was a bit disappointing, with few and small pieces of mutton.

On the positive side, cleanliness and hygiene were well-maintained, and the calming ambience made it a pleasant environment. The attentive staff also helped enhance our overall experience.

Started the new year 2025 with a delicious lunch at Muthu's Curry with my parents! We were excited to try their new dishes. The spicy crab soup was flavourful and just the right amount of spice, while the mutton kola ball gravy was rich and savoury .

Of course, we also had to order their signature dishes - the fish head curry and chicken tikka were just as amazing always. And let's not forget the cheese naan, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.

Great food, great company, and great service to start off the new year! Highly recommend Muthu's Curry for a satisfying and delicious meal with family and friends.
Staffs like Mr Sadagopan and his team with their long years of experience had recommended us to try the new dishes.

We arrived around closing time however the staff member at the counter assured us there was enough time for us to have a meal. We ordered a masala tea, 2 garlic naans, a butter naan, chicken tikka masala, chicken lollipop and rice. It was nice that the naans were made fresh however the food was so spicy that we couldn’t eat it. We had one bite of the chicken lollipop and it felt like fire. The only thing I ended up eating from this restaurant was the butter naan and the papad. On another note, the waiter acted like he was doing us a favour by serving us. He was extremely rude and unhelpful and was rushing us in an impolite manner the entire time. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. The price point for what you get (i.e. food that is so spicy it is inedible) is outrageous. I ended up being sick from the food the following day due to how spicy it was.
