Beautiful spacious rooms with views overlooking Chinatown. Extremely comfortable beds that have the right amount of firmness and softness. I don’t think I booked a premium room; the standard room was perfect. Rooftop pool was relaxing and the staff was accommodating and quick to respond to my requests. Service is generally very good as the personnel who brought my luggage to my room asked if I wanted to have a complementary delivery of the Straits Times to my room which was so thoughtful.

One area for improvement was that the staff did not follow up on one of my earlier requests in which I had asked them to edit a reservation for a restaurant. This is quite important but the date for the reservation was for later in the month and not during my stay at the hotel. I would appreciate the follow through.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel during my trip, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I would like to sincerely thank Mark, Louis, and April for their exceptional hospitality and support during my stay with my family. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.

If anyone is planning a trip to Singapore, I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your time!

From the moment I walked in, the vibe was electric, and the energy of the place was contagious. The music was very relaxing.

The bar service was exceptional – especially Wenz and Kris. the bartenders were quick, efficient, and incredibly skilled. Not only were the drinks made to perfection, but the variety of cocktails, beers, and spirits available was impressive. Even with a packed crowd, they managed to serve everyone with a smile and great professionalism.

The staff were friendly and attentive especially Irene, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and everyone felt welcome.  The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, with great lighting and a fantastic setup that made it the perfect spot for unwinding.

Overall, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time.

The staff have offered exceptional service across the board. They have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and wants and ensure our visit to Singapore has been a joy. Special credit goes to the wonderful concierge staff and Chris at the lobby bar who have all been incredibly attentive.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel we felt extremely welcomed. The staff remembered our names and always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We came to celebrate our birthdays and they even dropped us off a little cake and chocolates. The hotel is extremely clean, has beautiful facilities and is easy to get to as it sits above an SMRT station. We would like to especially thank Myra at front reception for her warm smile and kindness to us this stay!
