Dining at Spago is always a pleasure, and after several visits, it is clear why this place continues to shine. The food is consistently excellent, with a menu that never disappoints except for the desserts. Having tried almost every dessert on the menu, I can confirm none are on par with the quality of the other savoury dishes. It feels very underwhelming compared to the restaurant’s overall high standards.

The flexibility with the seating arrangement is a plus —whether indoors with the elegant ambiance or outdoors by the pool, the backdrop is the perfect complement to the refined dining experience.

Service is another highlight. The staff makes an effort to engage in small talk, adding a warm and personal touch.

Spago remains one of my top choices for a nice meal due to its ambiance, service, and exceptional food offerings—worth visiting again and again. But if you are not going for the set meal, you can probably skip dessert.

Wonderful experience dining here at Spago. Good view and good service. Food is great too. The cod is nicely cooked, steak is made well too. The salted caramel soufflé is also not too sweet; light dessert to end the meal. Great place to celebrate a special occasion.

We had the 3 course lunch set. Loved the buratta starter and quail main. Very well executed and flavourful! We topped up for the Kaiserschmarrn which was humongous but really tasty.

I choose Spago for my husband’s birthday celebration. The atmosphere was definitely a 10/10 — skyline view, refined and enjoyable. The pricing was reasonable, but I felt it didn’t quite match the quality of the food, which was decent but not outstanding. The service was attentive and fast, which we appreciated.

We were visiting Singapore from Australia earlier in the month and chose Spago Dining Room at Marina Bay Sands to celebrate my daughter's birthday — and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience.

Atmosphere: 10/10. The breathtaking skyline view, refined ambiance, and friendly yet elegant setting made for the perfect occasion.

Service: Absolutely outstanding — attentive without being intrusive. We arrived earlier than our booking and enjoyed a drink at the bar. When our reservation time came, the team seamlessly relocated us and our drinks to the dining room with proactive hospitality. Anna, our table manager, was simply superb — anticipating our needs at exactly the right moments and making us feel truly special.

Food: Every dish was fantastic, but the true highlight was the staff’s warmth and attention to detail. The thoughtful touches, like a signed card from the team and a surprise cake, made the celebration extra memorable.

For starters, we enjoyed the Big Eye Tuna Tartare Cones, Sashimi Salad, Oysters, and Agnolotti. Our mains included the Honey Miso Broiled Black Cod, Miso Broiled Ora King Salmon, Charcoal-Grilled Spanish Octopus, and Grilled Cheeseburger. Just when we needed a breather, the team timed dessert perfectly with an intermission before serving the delightful Pandan Panna Cotta and Traditional Kaiserschmarrn.

Overall: The service at Spago stood head and shoulders above even some of the best restaurants we’ve dined at around the world.
